After speaking with Trey (Tray) around Wed/Thur Dec 20th, he assured us he would go measure and get back with a firm estimate. Almost a week passes including Christmas. I called him on Wed the 26th of Dec and asked what happened. He seemed very sorry and didn't' have any answers as to the delay, but PROMISED a detailed quote would be coming that afternoon on the 26th. That's the last we ever heard from Nick at Alamo Sign company. Shame on Debby for recommending Trey (Tray)her son in law to us...INCOMPETENT!

They will ignore your calls and emails when you ask about the signs. It took almost 8 months for a small signage package to be fabricated and installed.
