Don't make the mistake we did and primp in those mirrors, the people inside can see you! lol! We found out when someone walked out while we were making sure we were presentable. We were able to get photos taken with Annie who was very sweet and professional. While we weren't signed with the Rock, they were very kind and gave us some good suggestions and direction. I would definitely recommend them for people looking for an agency. I can't speak for the value, but I would think that their expertise is invaluable! Overall it was a great experience!

Very friendly, informative, and my son was extremely comfortable with Laura and the staff there. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. They are transparent and upfront with the experience and expectations. You get informed within two weeks if your child is selected-- they do adults, as well, but my experience is only with the talent (kid) side. The Rock Agency was extremely professional. Since my son was accepted to be represented, the staff has been awesome in terms of explaining the process, understanding the profession and field, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that parents are fully informed if their children are selected by the agency. The website contains outdated resources (2012-2014), advertises training options that don't exist after a telephone inquiry from the Chicago office, and an online job search and application system that takes away the human interaction between the potential job candidates and 24 Seven staff. It's not like days of the past where you can stop at a recruitment agency and hand in a resume - they won't even let you in the front door without an appointment. To get an appointment, you have apply through their online system and wait to see if they even want to interview you. I have over 10 years of professional experience and submitted for several of their online resources - even some of the jobs were re-published - but no call for even a "hey we would love to know more about you and what you can offer". I even called and their secretary was friendly, but even after submitting a resume directly to their email, no follow-up from them. I understand that the job market is tough, and I presume that many recruitment agencies are getting loaded with potential candidates, but a person who makes the time to conduct several inquiries should show some curiosity on the staff's part, In the end, you feel like a number and not a human being.
