Just like any other agency, you gotta keep your emails short and have your p's and q's in order or you're likely to fall into bad client habits that eventually get you released from representation. I've learned so much, and Courtney and Oliver and every junior intern that I've met there have been nothing short of knowledgeable and professional with a side of charisma. Oliver does not mince words and I appreciate that level of honesty. I've made some dumb mistakes (missed auditions, misrepresented my availability before checking my calendar) and they've taken care of me. And when I've expressed interest in other genres of work, I've been sent to those auditions. Anytime I manage the trek to the west loop and can drop in for a visit, I'm met with warm smiles and hugs and gab. Feels very much like a family and I feel very lucky that they have my back. They made some changes to their work flow apps at the start of the new year and there have been some growing pains on my end trying to get used to it. So I can only imagine how it's going on their end, but I appreciate that they've added this level of organization and accountability to attending auditions and keeping track of our progress. The only gripe I can really muster is the initial onboarding process included an option to pay extra to have your headshot featured directly in the website home page. I wasn't the biggest fan of that feature and don't know that I'd ever pay for it. I think, if I could I would, but I've gotten the impression that they're repping me whether or not I'm "featured." I'm SAG-eligible through their hard work and mine and I'm excited for the next opportunity with Lily's.

I am represented by them and they have helped me book work, send me auditions, and are great to…read morework with.

Our daughter was recently offered a contract with BMG Talent. As new parents navigating an…read moreunfamiliar industry, we scheduled a call with the agency on Tuesday, 5/27, to ask some basic questions about the contract--something we felt was both reasonable and expected. During that call, we were told we had 7-10 business days from the meeting date to make a decision. However, just three days later, on 5/30, we reached out with a simple follow-up question: "Just to confirm, do those 12 clients typically book talent around our daughter's age?" In response, we received the following message from Alexa L. (Youth Agent): "I've seen that you've had some questions for Neida (Talent Manager), regarding our client list and expected work for your daughter.... Unfortunately, since the contract meeting, I no longer believe that we are a good fit as an agency for you and your daughter. You deserve to be with an agency that you can feel confident in from the get-go, and we don't seem to be that agency." While the abruptness and tone were disappointing, Alexa was right--we're glad she rescinded the offer. It ultimately saved us the frustration of dealing with someone who responded to reasonable questions with passive aggression and unprofessionalism. If you're a parent new to the industry, be cautious. It appears that asking too many questions can disqualify you from working with this agency. Judging from other reviews, our experience isn't unique

Do not recommend this agency. You won't achieve anything with them. Try to find something else…read more I've been there from 2019 to 2025 and nothing - just wasted my time. Not a lot of jobs or castings, low- quality photoshoots, and photographers they offer to make a basic portfolio. There is no proper connection with the agency. Talent managers change every 6-10 months. And tbh, nothing changes. New talent manager Ellie is working for BMG in multiple states at the same time and she is trying to fit in everything, which is obviously hard for one person and not enough for a local agency. I wish you all the best and I regret spending the best age of my life with them and losing all hope of making my dreams come true -to at least become a good local model (I'm 5'7.5" tall; 34-24-35 in; from Europe) ... so please, if you truly believe in yourself or in your child be more selective and choose a better path for your life!
