They let us know right away when they are running low on photos or to update her work permit, or anything else. At the time that I was signed with them, I think they probably undercut their rates compared to other agencies. Don't make the mistake we did and primp in those mirrors, the people inside can see you! lol! We found out when someone walked out while we were making sure we were presentable. We were able to get photos taken with Annie who was very sweet and professional. While we weren't signed with the Rock, they were very kind and gave us some good suggestions and direction. Very friendly, informative, and my son was extremely comfortable with Laura and the staff there. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. They are transparent and upfront with the experience and expectations. You get informed within two weeks if your child is selected-- they do adults, as well, but my experience is only with the talent (kid) side. The Rock Agency was extremely professional. Since my son was accepted to be represented, the staff has been awesome in terms of explaining the process, understanding the profession and field, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that parents are fully informed if their children are selected by the agency.
