Plant never arrived and when my wife contacted the flower shop to inquire about it was told (yelled at) rather defensively that the order didn't print off automatically and 'I didn't have time to stand by the computer yesterday checking for the email. We had a very busy day yesterday. I cannot help it that the order never printed off". My wife told the person she was working with (Maleese?) that she needs to be more compassionate to the grieving and have better customer service. My wife told the person she felt like she was yelling at her. From my perspective, the person was yelling, was very rude and not helpful. I was in the room when my wife was on the phone and I could hear the person yelling. The person said she didn't have a wicker basket for the plant that my wife ordered and asked if it was alright to wrap it instead. My wife told her to do whatever si had to with what's available si it can be delivered. It was decided that the plant be delivered at the church for the funeral this morning, under an hour to go before the service. We do not recommend this florist for your more immediate, last minute needs especially not for visitations and/or funerals. No one needs to be more upset and disappointed than they already are when grieving the loss of a friend or loved one. People who work in the industry of spreading joy, really need to be people of integrity, compassion and excellence. My wife is brokenhearted and I pray no one else ever is treated the way she was treated by this florist this morning. It's just wrong.

We had flowers put on our arch and the chairs of the wedding aisle and then a beautiful pattern of white rose petals down the aisle. They were absolutely stunning! And I can't leave out my wedding bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and the boutonnières! I was going for a very classy traditional look with some pop of the different blues and she just nailed it. She understood everything we were looking for and had great suggestions when I could not figure something out. Just a pleasure to work with! And so reasonably priced! And everything came out just like we pictured! I highly recommend! The flowers were such a great quality as well that we were able to go out the next day and day after to place some of our flowers at our grandparents Cemetary plots. Absolute WORST experience EVER! Since it's hard to find…read moresmall engine mechanics around the QCs, I took my Craftsman riding mower to RVT as a last resort. It was a horrible and ridiculously experience in all way, and the mower is actually worse than it was before taking it to RVT. It took over a month to receive any communication or for work to be done; mower not only doesn't work at all, but is actually leaking fuel AND oil now; I spent over $300 (including renting trailers to transport to both Silvis and Davenport), and I was treated more rudely and disrespectful than I ever have been by a business in my life. Even after calling multiple times and asking for help, I was told I'd have to rent/pay again for trailer fees and pay more money to have the mower repaired per the original estimate. Maybe it was because it was an older mower, or because I'm not wealthy, or I'm a woman, but I feel completely taken advantage of. If you have alot of money and John Deere equipment ( and you're a man), you might be treated differently. ... but if you really need help, DO NOT patronize this business, and please DO NOT allow anybody you care about to patronize this business either. I can't even say how shocked and disappointed I am to be ripped off and treated in such a manner.

I brought my son to Shady Lakes for Labor Day and it was wonderful!! Between my friends and I, we…read morecaught nine fish. They were having a Labor Day special so each fish was $5.00. We seriously had the best time. My son is 6 so he doesn't have a whole lot of patience. We got there around 1pm but the fish didn't start biting until 3pm. We decided to make it a Labor Day tradition because we had so much fun. Right at about 3pm the fish started biting and biting. We actually had to stop because we started to catch too many. Everyone there was very nice. We did hear that it will be under new ownership starting in 2021 season. I would definitely recommend this place for kiddos. You don't even need a fishing license since it's a private business.

When we got there, we realized that we needed some adjustments in the original program we had brought to them. Their customer service was amazing. They worked with us until they figured out a way to print our program. The finished product was beautiful, perfect! And not only that it was 1/3 the price that was quoted to us earlier in the day at a big box type of printing store. We could not have been happier or more thankful that we came to Evergreen!! They have excellent service and professional products.

I bought in a print to frame last week and was told the frame I picked would be there in 2 days. I…read morego to pick it up today & no frame & of course it's not done then! It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband for our 10th anniversary. I am so disappointed in this place, didn't even call to tell me it wouldn't be done when promised! I was going to have something else framed for his birthday, but this place has lost a customer. So they fixed the mistake, I got a metal frame put on for now & when the wood one comes in I don't have to pay anymore. Essentially I'm getting the wood frame at half price. It remains to be seen if I use them for my next order.
