The initial appointment was maybe 15-20 mins, super professional and timely. It is 50% upfront and the remainder is due at the time of completion. Be prepared for a wait once they get it confirmed and ordered. I was quoted 10-14 weeks and it was pretty much dead on. The install was scheduled about a week out. Nick and Chris showed up on time and knocked it out in about 2 1/2 hours. The door looks great and I was impressed with how much detail they went into regarding the maintenance and such. I am very happy with my screen door and would recommend them if you are considering it. If there are any issues down the line, I'm sure they'd be just as professional especially if you aren't a jerk. read more
