I have been coming here for over 2 years. Mainly for gas, but I've been to the service station a few times. The gas prices are about $0.04 higher here than most other places in the area, but the convenience of their location is well worth it. Even if I used 1,000 gallons of gas a year that would only cost me an extra $40 on average. Oh yeah, I can do simple math.
Getting gas...it's all the same. You pull up, swipe the card and fill your tank. I guess the only thing I am a little torn on is the fact that they almost insist on you using your debit card and not credit card. I understand it is because of the fees they incur when using credit, however that is often the cost of doing business. Yes, most people could probably use it as debit, but I'm sure they're like everyone else and earn points when using it like credit. I know this is a small ordeal, but still. I guess that explains the $0.04 increase in price when compared to others?
Let's talk service...for this I give them 5-stars all around. I feel very trusting when talking with the fellas in the garage. I have had some exhaust work done, some tire work done and a door handle replaced. Each time, they talked to me about everything; taking the time to explain what I didn't know. Once, I took my motorcycle trailer tire up to them to have it patched. It didn't need patched, but they looked at it, put it back on the rim and aired it up. Took about 15-20 minutes and they didn't even charge me! That's great customer service.
Alan, I believe is the service manager's name. He is friendly, easy to talk with and does just what he says he's going to do. I appreciate it. read more
