When Ken received my service request for water filtration, he was visibly disturbed by what we were dealing with and personally came first thing in the morning to address the issue. Ken educated me that simple filtration was not enough, that by trying to filter something like this you actually just create a breeding ground for the parasite/bacteria. That can be seen in my washing machine filter that just acted like a catch bowl for them. He made it clear that I needed a complete treatment system to kill everything before being filtered.
