I accidentally booked a 16+ room, paying only attention to the FAQ page that said it is a great activity for all ages. I have done this before by accident, now I see it in all caps. I don't mean to be careless at all, nor inconvienance anyone. I booked a party for second graders. They were so nice. They flooded the clue gates and were gracious when one of the kids broke a prop . I was preparing for a confrontation or cold frot after we left, but they were warm and happy. We all were happy. This was one of the most sophisticated and impressive escape rooms we've seen. What a treasure for our beautiful city. And we got through, as the kids have said for the last night and day, with "5 seconds left on the clock". All seven elementary school girls were enthusiastic and rose to each challenge with intellect, humor and vigor. I can't impress upon you enough what a positive experience this was for my family. Thank you for the kindness, the creativity and the challenge. It is all I could ever want for a celebration of life.

We had such an amazing time and I couldn't stop raving about it to friends and family. Recently, I had booked the Landlords Escape and unfortunately one of my party members woke up the morning of sick. The staff were so kind and understanding on such short notice. They quickly cancelled the booking and gave me a voucher to reschedule for a different day. I cannot give high enough praise to the staff and the escape rooms they provide.

I drive into this park on a whim last weekend and think I've found a gem hidden in Olympia,…read moreliterally minutes from downtown. Straddling Boston Harbor Road, the park has a bridge that connects both sides of the sprawling property. On the East side of the park, you immediately feel like you've driven into a forest. Big and old trees line the park roadway. Several picnic areas are available, I assume by reservation, at least for the covered areas. I found a restroom building and took advantage. This place is well maintained. More picnic areas. Nd two more restroom buildings are on the West side of the park, and so is the Sound. Lots more parking, and a kids playground. Squaxin has something for everyone. Lots of hiking paths on both sides of the park that are now on my to do list. Squaxin is an oasis in Olympia!

I can confidently say that after being there yesterday that my boys and I will be back! I decided on taking the kids there because I was looking for a new playground space. We had usually gone to other parks/playgrounds and we were all getting a wee bit tired of the same old, same old. I showed the pictures of the playground to the kids and they thought it looked fun too. We went there and were pleasantly surprised at what all else they had to do. The playground itself has a big toy that's shaped like a large ship, which they had fun playing on. However, it was the walking trails and beach access that they enjoyed the most. The trails are partly paved and partly unpaved (so do remember to wear your boots). They lead you through the woods, along and close to various benches and covered pavilions, and down the hills to the beach. The trail hills are not that steep, so it's doable and not extremely strenuous (my 6 year old made it around easily - and the 3 year old mostly was good ... just got tired near the end, after a couple of hours of walking and playing). The best part of the walk was getting down to the beach! It's a beautiful view and very easy to walk around. Hard-packed sand, shells, and flat made for a nice walk. Because of all the recent rain, it was a wee bit sloppy; but fun. My kids had a wonderful time walking/running around and watching the water, looking for shells, and just being kids! We felt very safe there and I never felt like I needed to be "on guard" like at some parks. Overall, the park is large enough to spend a couple of hours there, and yet small enough to not get lost of feel overwhelmed with the number and length of the trails. I asked the kids if they had fun and would want to come back again. They both immediately said yes to both questions. There you have it. We'll be back!!

I don't know maybe customer service make a fine come back to American venues…read more Absolutely everyone who worked there, and I was told it's a fam business, so probably genetics, we're extremely unhelpful and would not even politely say that they aren't aware. Their website is horrible. There 0 information on what's allowed or not, and then you bring balloon and confetti and they yell at you There is only one restroom and there were a lot of people. Our birthday "room" was in a hall with dividers - where others peoples were having a party. The service girl was constantly very stressed, Red in the face and kept bringing thighs we did not order lol. The last complain - I promise - the "DJ" was playing slow elevator music, from the 70's and kids all went off the rink and was just sitting in the small divider ))) I went to the DJ- asked for music suitable for 9-10 year girls and boys and girls my mum. He said 0- oh I don't what to play ((( maybe you make a music list and give to me? I gave him $20 and he forgot about the list. I would still go there w my kids - just to skate, in dark cold evenings- but if you are planning a birthday party, think again. Thank you. P.S. I rarely write bad reviews but my daughter was very nervous that her friends were bored out of their mind, all the decorations went to waste, so my e random little kids will come and eat from their table and the service girl was basically screaming at them. Don't want be a snob, but that's why I never go to Thurston county)))

This is after a really crap experience shopping yesterday, where I spent hundreds of dollars and was negged to the point I asked my husband "Do they hate me?" And all he could say was "I don't know. I think they are just b*tches." I may be overwhelmed, but never once am I rude. It takes about a second grade level to decipher the difference. Day in and day out, I am spending time just making everyone else around me happy for the holidays. I don't know where this sh*t comes from. I have not experienced such female venom in my entire life, and I speak as the party girl who went home with your boyfriend back in the 90s. Now I am a mommy. And I am raising girls to be bada!!es in a world where their civil rights hang in the balance. Why the actual F am spending a good chunk of change where they treat me like a nuisance? Furthermore, by a specific demographic of women who are better off than say many others in our country.() I do my due diligence in this community. I vote, am active in the union, and speak to legislators about improving our schools. I am also nursing my senior RESCUE dog of 15 years to certain death. Like... what is your problem? What the F did I do to you? Why am I justifying the need for basic human respect when you are in a service position? I don't need you to kiss my , but how about you don't meet my questions with a stone cold glare when my children are learning how to socialize with adults? I asked for help from a nice male customer to avoid Mean Girl Mentality. He offered to help on the section where someone has to man the ropes. I told him the girl in front is so rude and cold, I am not comfortable asking her for anything. He offered to do it for us. Perhaps a white man can solicite a more appropriate customer service attitude than a mom who is raising two liberal girls who want to get comfortable with extreme sports ... (Newsflash, she was nicer to him). I will tell you what, I am sick and tired of young women treating me like sh*t. And I don't know why but I certainly won't spend this amount of money where customer service makes it a point to make me feel unwelcome. I will go to Tacoma and save myself the horrible social interaction. I am done with Cirque. (Post script, there was a nice woman my age who helped us return our stuff. That is the human interaction I understand and appreciate. However, I will not return with the current staff in place.)

The place is very spacious but there did seem to be a lot of families on the weekend, so a little crowded near the auto belay. Not a knock, just something to be aware of when timing your visits. They have a lot of events and theme nights too. It's just a really cool place, hoping I can build some muscles so I'm not so sore next time, and can come back soon!

They were pretty good and entertaining. We ordered the Nachos, which is quite possibly the largest serving of nachos I've ever seen, they filled an entire large pizza pan, piled high with every topping imaginable including both queso and cheddar cheese with lots of meat. We defeated them however. Our server was very friendly and we enjoyed the music while eating and watching people bowl through the windows looking at at the bowling area. After eating we headed over to go bowl. The alley itself is huge. It has that old 1970's vibe that many older bowling alleys still possess. I suppose it could use a little updating in that regard, but at the same time it gives off a feeling of nostalgia. There was a wide variety of music playing from the jukebox which can be used via an app on your phone. There's also a snack bar in the bowling area where you can order from the restaurant / bar. The bowling computers were up to date, and the lanes were clean with plenty of seating. There were also a sufficient amount of courtesy balls to use. (I need to have my own ball re-drilled) The guests around us were also friendly and fun. It is a very social environment but not rowdy or unruly. The bowling area also has lots of arcade games and other fun things to play. It's a very fun place to spend a free Saturday evening, but be sure to leave some extra time as there may be a wait for a lane if they're busy. One little tidbit of advice / criticism... the bowling shoes are mostly badly worn and the pair I had kept sticking so I couldn't slide my feet properly when throwing the ball. It nearly caused me to stumble multiple times. Also... most of the shoes cover multiple sizes meaning they weren't an exact fit which also didn't help. New shoes please? Also... a moonlight bowling or blacklight bowling night is a must... get one!
