I've also visited their show room on Rt. 20 Charlton to discuss having concrete risers and new covers installed on my tank. The office staff were very helpful in scheduling the service. As explained to me, a properly installed and serviced septic system should last many many years. On my most recent service, Jeff's crew of Jay and Jason installed risers and pumped out the tank. They also made sure everything was in proper working order. No extra charges for back washing or extra hoses. If you've had other companies pump out your tank, only to discover they charge for these "extra's". You'll be pleased on how Jeff Helgerson does business. They are honest and trustworthy. I've never had to use their emergency service off hours service, but have all the confidence that if an emergency arises, they will be able to take care of the situation without hesitation.
