They also confirmed several times they would not start working until they gave me an exact quote. I left for work and they didn't call once to give me the quote and they billed me $320. Joe was good enough to settle at $250 but after I called to complain. Carpet came out nice but shower was terrible. I emailed with pictures to show them How unsatisfied I was and as an update as of 1/9, Joe PERSONALLY wrote me a letter to apologize with a full refund of the shower and grout cleaning. He has really taken responsibility and gone above my expectations for a response. Even though I wasn't satisfied with experience, he made sure that the situation was rectified.

So I called Morlu, the owner of this company. The very next morning he was here with his assistant. And based on his promptness, great price, professionalism, friendly manner, and fantastic results, I want to give him my highest recommendation. He made my carpet look brand new. The next day a friend came over and asked if I had just had new carpeting put in, to which I replied no this carpeting has been here for a very long time.
