I had a problem with the heating unit in the third zone and a technician was sent out that day. All of this work at no cost to me because it was under warranty. In total the work took 3 days spread over the timespan of 3 months. I got constant excuses for why his guys called out. He tried leaving excavated grass/dirt on my property as though that was normal. Eventually the patio went in. 2 months later it cracked. I called and after 2 weeks I got a call back saying it was ok because there are relief cuts in the concrete. Except that the crack spans both sides of the relief cut. He tells me he'll be out next week to take a look at it.
