Same problem as others. Thomas seems nice and helpful in the beginning but makes promises and…read moredoesn't keep them. We agreed on half up front and half when completed but multiple times he came to me for more cash and said the materials/equipment that were being delivered that day depended on me giving him money on the spot or the job couldn't continue. At first it was "the guy ran my card wrong". Weeds poorly addressed, no mess underneath stone, much less stone and top soil than promised. It appears as if I was luckier than others in that he actually finished my work, albeit poorly. But 2 weeks afterwards, weeds growing up through all the mulch. He bought 3 different styles of edging and 2 different colors of mulch. I ended up purchasing 3000 lbs of additional top soil, spreading it myself and tilling it, all of which were already promised to finish my garden. I guess the one positive is that I have learned that I can do most of this stuff myself and I don't need to subject myself to someone like Thomas again!

This is a complete scam. Thomas will act nice, tell you he will show up, and never showed up. I…read morehave 6 documented times he did this to me over the course of one month. I've never met anyone in my life with as many excuses as Thomas. Though he did show up a couple times, take a look at how he left my back yard and will not come back now. In addition he is withholding money. I've been scammed, please do yourself a favor and don't be the next to get scammed. I gave Thomas many chances, in fact more chances than I believe was deserved. All I asked for was my backyard to be completed, but I can no longer get through as he blocked my number. It's also funny how he has purchased a new iPhone, after I paid him. His last excuse was he had to get breaks done, and mentioned he will come by when completed. He never showed up, yet he was able to make it to another customers house to provide a quote, which I have proof of. In addition to things I paid for that have yet to be completed fully are pruning of all shrubs, mesh never completed in flower beds, weeds not all pulled out, and trimming of flower beds never fully completed.

Very disappointed in the job Brandon Chaffee did on a simple clearing of a banking job so I…read morethought,? I wanted to be done at my home with a myriad of other work. deck redid, a new lawn, and waterfront restoration all pretty big labor-intensive jobs.was told by him he could do everything ..... I started with an embankment clearing job I wanted to be cleared he and his crew worked for 5 hours! and they were done for the day but not the job !!!! also changing the day coming thur a text annoyed I worked thur this change however his day started at about 1030am work was nilly willy with poor planning and lack of leadership of his crew he left a mess and the job incomplete. ., some to my fault as I wasn't specific enough about what I wanted to be cleared eye-roll, nor did I look before he left after payment so I had to pick up some remaining debris and it's still not complete so I called him to ask if he could give me an estimate to finish but when I wanted to talk specifics about it he got defensive and argumentative before and after I called I asked if he could give me an estimate for a whole day it was a bigger job than I think he estimated and one I didn't want to do myself why I was paying to complete it but I still wanted it done and be more specific and even pay more than I already spent he felt his work and time was good enough ? I guess all he wanted was a 5-star review but not to complete the job to any kinda satisfaction so I would have a detailed conversation with him or you will have to put on baby gloves to deal Brandon Chaffee to get any project you will want to be completed at your home DONE! he's the type that will throw his hands up and go and leave your property a mess as he wants to come n go on his time not yours so beware. I have to find and go with someone else an adult to complete and do the rest of the work I would like done at my home .
