When buying a used vehicle there are small repairs a buyer just must expect to have completed without even having to look (Ex. Wiper, Brakes, Tires, Oil). Ive had to do ONE repair outside of that range to any of my vehicles and I started buying from them 5 years ago.. Even then JR was very honest with me, and handled repairs quickly as little cost to me (any other shop would have charged an arm & a leg just for labor) Not to mention the many family members I have sent. Ive also fallen behind on my notes MANY times, but all that they ask is for your to be a man a communicate. No problems , 10/10 recommend Alabama Auto Sales.

I go to get an oil change turns out I have power steering out and a messed up radiator. I get all that fixed and the car is still acting funny. So I get it checked again the whole motor was bad !!! Not to mention the mechanic found that they were electrical taping my power steering pump to make it seem like it wasn't bad !!! So I go to them after they keep my car for a whole week they proceed to tell me yes the engine is gone. (Also add this is only 2 months after receiving this vehicle ) Against my better judgment I put down ANOTHER down payment and got another car (I didn't really have many options life sucks sometimes lol) so I get a 2011 Buick enclave. Go get it checked out by a mechanic THIS CAR DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE CORRECT SIZE TIRES ON IT. plus the brakes are 85% gone. I call the dealership to tell them they tell me word from word (this isn't our problem anymore we are done doing business with you. Go fix your car ) then hangs up. Whatever I need a car I'll fix it. So I go to fix it. There's no point turns out my engine is cracked , my head gasket is blown , there is coolant in my oil and my power steering. I had this car 48 hours that's it now it's gone too. The dealership won't even answer the phone any more. They are selling cars they KNOW is trash. Then completeing ghosting you once it's not their problem anymore. They are crooked and scam artist. The owner is J R Reid and his wife (can't remember her name ) they are terrible sales people and have the most awful customer service I've seen. So I'm out over 3 grand and I have zero car to get back and forth and I've had to take a hit on my credit. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

We were very happy with both of them, and enjoyed talking to other dealership staff while we were waiting for the car to be cleaned up for us. Everyone was very courteous and not overly pushy. We got a good deal on the purchase and felt like the dealership treated us fairly. We originally planned to test drive and consider several other cars/brands at other dealerships, but opted to go with the Mazda based on both the qualities (and CR ratings) of the vehicle, and based on our experience with the staff at the dealership. When we got there, there was only one key and they did not have the vehicle temporarily licensed. I had to drive it home like that and go down to my local licensing department to remedy it. Not a big deal, but expected to be taken care of a bit better right off the bat. Then, they called and said they miscalculated the amount we owed and we owed another $70. Seriously, I just spent $70k on a car and you are going to charge me for your mistake! At this point I have been asking about the extra key for weeks. Completely ignored. I called and spoke to multiple people who kept saying they didn't know anything about my extra key. I finally got ahold of Tim, supposedly a manager. I told him everything, for the 4th time at this point, and he said that he was brought in to help with all the issues Audi had been having with customer service. Great, finally. Well, found out the key was on back order, it would be a few weeks. Ok, no problem, I just wanted to know we hadn't been forgotten. As far as my permanent license paperwork, they overcharged us by over $1000 and for some reason (they did credit this to the bank )the paperwork was just sitting there, not being handled. Soooo, handle it or I am going to have to get another temporary license, at my expense, again! He said he would get that done and overnighted, which he did. Tim asked what he could do to make this right. I said with all my expenses and all the time I have had to take to deal with it, it would be nice if they could send us some swag, maybe some Audi shirts, water bottles, etc. It's free advertising for them and the least they could do considering the amount I paid for this car! I expected so much better. He promised he's send some things and even asked our shirt sizes. Then...nothing. I asked about it, twice. Completely ignored, again! I am so disappointed in the whole experience. This was supposed to be exciting, but instead i am here, spending more time and energy on this. Hope this helps somebody out.
