I have specifically been working with Andrea, who has patiently answered a constant peppering of questions. The one question she didn't know the answer to offhand was thoroughly researched and followed up on. She also presented multiple options based on my room requirements in a custom PDF with photos, layouts, dimensions, fabric selections and prices in an easy to understand format -this is priceless in a world where too many choices can least to analysis paralysis. Regarding their products, they are one of the few companies that prioritize non-toxic and sustainable solutions. The furniture is built to last and very worth the investment. My only grievance is that I want it all and my small home won't allow me to!

Their curated selection of furniture and decor is fantastic--call it "Japandi" or "Scandanavian" or "Artisan," "Clean, contemporary"... it's all thoughtfully designed and beautifully made. They have a knack for picking out exactly what we want--before we have any inkling. Their eye for design has saved us so much time and earned us so many compliments.

I searched and talked to so many folks until I saw Peroba on an IG (instagram) post Let me give you a breakdown: Customer Service/Responsiveness: Amazing! First time I called about commissioning a piece for us, Karl was friendly and invited us to look at slabs on their site. When we finally found a few pieces, Idan gave me info and even texted back-and-forth about options. When we finally got out there, everyone was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell anything. Website: easy to navigate. I LOVE the fact that they have photos of all stock pieces, information on each piece and pricing. Super straight forward and nothing hidden. Knowledge/Professionalism: Impeccable. From the moment we looked at slabs and the help we received (including new knowledge of various woods). Reminded me of apprenticeship where everyone was trained and the business is cohesive I'm their understanding. Overall, our new go-to place and would recommend them to anyone looking for unique amazing wood slabs. Great people with great prices. We ended up commissioning a large piece and a bench - can't wait to see it! Will update when it arrives

We're having a big party this weekend just to show it off Thank you Peroba for this amazing table!

During the call itself, a surprising amount of time was spent venting about a previous client who had changed their mind about their layour. I was also mansplained the IKEA manufacturing process (I was very clear I'm looking for custom cabinetry) which felt unnecessary and off-topic. The rough sketches I provided worked for other cabinetmakers to generate bids, but Andrew repeatedly insisted that Ogee would require additional professional drawings before providing any estimate. That's fine if it's their policy -- but the way it was communicated felt dismissive. A large chunk of the call was spent watching him try to locate photos of a past project while he was screen sharing. After several minutes of this, I asked if we could just refocus on the conversation. Overall, the interaction felt scattered and oddly adversarial for what should have been a straightforward information-gathering session.

I used to live in this neighborhood so was very familiar with the location of this store even though I had never been inside. I decided that I wanted to "shop local" vs purchasing everything online. I have my new kitchen and bathroom designed, the electricians are coming and I am ready to make my selections. I take time from my day to drive over to this place in my old neighborhood. When I arrived, there was another client ahead of me. That was no problem. I wasn't in a hurry as I had set this time aside for this purpose. I was looking around the room and the woman working there asked me what I needed and when I told her, "a lot of lighting" she let me know that she wouldn't be available to help me for 20 minutes or so. I said, that's fine I can wait. Then she asked me if I had made a list of what I needed and what purpose/function I expected from each light fixture. Ummmm. I have a list in my head. I haven't written down a list. I am not a list making type of person but I know my spaces. Then she tells me I need to go home and make a list and come back when I have it because otherwise, I am going to "fall in love" with items out of my budget. Huh?? I was so confused! She had no idea what my budget was. She literally sent thousands of dollars in unsolicited business out the door. This place must not need new clients. That's ok. There are plenty of places that will happily take my money. I walked into an appliance store today and they were thrilled to show me their inventory and assist me in my purchases. It was a stark contrast to my experience at Lunaria. EDIT: To respond to the response. You are not being truthful with what happened. NEVER did you infer that I step out for coffee and come back. I WAS the person who asked for catalogs to look through while waiting and you specifically told me that would be a waste of time without a list. Even your client seemed to pick up on the fact that you were about to lose a customer and she then said, "Here, here are some catalogs if you would like to view them." and that is when I said, "She just said that would be a waste of time and is not her process." If you're going to tell the story, please be honest about what occurred. Super frustrating experience considering I set time aside to come view some lighting and even was very clear that I was in no hurry and didn't mind waiting for you to finish. You made it obvious, you didn't want to speak to me unless I had a list of lighting with what I expected each light to achieve. Those were almost your EXACT words. Not mine. 2nd EDIT: I just saw in your biz description, "Appointments are recommended." This says it all. You could have simply told me, "I would love to help you but it sounds like you have a big project that will be time consuming and I will need you to schedule an appointment. In the meantime, it would be helpful for my process if you make a list..." That would have been much more productive instead of coming across as dismissive and patronizing. As for misrepresenting what occurred, there really is no excuse for that.

The delicate veneer wood tops on the nightstands were expertly restained and now look rich and intentional rather than worn. Beyond the cosmetic transformation, their craftsmanship and service truly impressed me. They repaired broken dresser drawer tracks so everything functions smoothly again, and they even fixed an old light inside one of the drawers that hasn't worked in years. The entire set feels brand new while still honoring its original character. It's rare to find someone who combines artistry, attention to detail, and true restoration skill the way they do.
