In March 2021, I chipped a front tooth and began treatment here. I was told it needed a root canal and crown, but the process dragged on for months while I was repeatedly told my insurance wouldn't approve it because it was "cosmetic." When I called the insurance myself, they approved the treatment immediately. My crown was placed in August 2021. By July 2025, I developed a strong rotting odor, bleeding, gum swelling, and a loose crown. I went back several times and was consistently told that "everything is fine," even though the symptoms continued. Another tooth became infected during this time and eventually had to be removed. Later, the paperwork submitted to insurance for additional treatment was incomplete, and my claim was denied. Due to them not sending proper explanation of what's happening, just a request for root canal of tooth #8.. I have called the insurance and asked them myself. On December 6, the crown fell out while I was working with a client (I am a licensed esthetician). The tooth underneath had broken due to decay. The next morning, I went in for an emergency visit. Before even examining me, the dentist had the receptionist ask if I wanted the crown cemented back on. After I was taken in, dentist smelled like cigarettes and he again proposed cementing it despite the condition of the tooth. When I asked questions and expressed concern, the situation escalated. He began yelling at me, and at one point told me I "deserve to go to hell," and then screamed at me to leave the office and to the receptionist to never let me back in again. This review reflects only my personal experience, but I hope it helps others make better decisions than choosing this place. Worst dentist ever with amazing front desk ladies. Ps. Now I'm toothless and can not work until this is fixed.

He came home to tell me this at which time i called and spoke to Amanda who told me that even though the EOB showed $0 as patients responsibility and even though they already got paid $430.95 to them if he didnt pay the $150 they wouldn't finish the work they already started and got paid for in the state of NY it is illegal to balance bill a Medicaid patient and if they are doing this to my son i can guarantee they are doing this to all the people who dont know any better that office is committing Medicaid fraud and should be stopped

Since my first review my family and I received letters to find a new dentist. Not a problem, an actual wake up call! My daughter had an appointment and her father paid $300 out of pocket. The office received payment from both insurance companies three weeks ago, so my daughter's father is owed a $300 refund. However, the office is now refusing to issue the refund because my own separate account supposedly has a balance. That balance exists only because they billed my secondary insurance incorrectly. Instead of fixing their mistake, they are trying to transfer my daughter's refund to my account without my authorization. These are two different patients and two different accounts, yet they are holding my daughter's money to cover their billing error. I have never experienced such unprofessional and unethical billing practices. Patients should not have to fight to get their own money back, especially when the mistake was made by the office. I would strongly recommend that anyone going here carefully review their bills and insurance claims, because this office seems more concerned with holding onto money than providing honest service. I'm not a doormat and will not be treated like this. Time to contact the NYS Attorney General's Health Care Bureau, the NYS Education Department (Office of the Professions) for professional misconduct, and the NYS Department of Health for Medicaid fraud.

I would have to pay $250 to take molds and x-rays before I can be told a price for Invisalign. The woman on the phone realized I was surprised by the cost and tried justifying the cost. I feel like if you feel need to justify the cost than maybe you know that it's out of the ordinary. I went to 6 other dentists (including a few in the area) that was able to schedule a free consultation providing the total cost and the timeframe. I wanted to get an estimated cost to determine where to go to get them done. I feel like when they charge $250 consultation fee this will deter cost conscious patients and most people once, they pay that fee will feel obligated to get their work done here since they already paid $250. I also feel like this would be the type of dentist that would nickle and dime you for everything since they are charging a fee to give a basic estimate of cost. I understand that the doctor is doing work and they shouldn't work for free. However, I went to two other dentist in the area (in the same 1-mile radius) that took 15 minutes and they either provided a full cost (and they did the x-rays for free) or gave an estimate cost with a basic look in my mouth and that took less than 5 minutes.

He is so patient with kids and he has dental equipment with cartoon characters and different kid friendly flavors to clean her teeth. The whole experience is so amazing. His staff is great as well. The office is clean and their equipment is modern and based on my experience when I would take her I decided to start going there myself. So he is my dentist as well now. Turns out the sinus infection I had was the culprit but all good now! I came back for a cleaning today and had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and smells nice, and most importantly, I was thrilled with the service! The dental hygienist was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable; she made me look at flossing in such a different way! LOVED HER! I was seen on time and was in and out in less than 30-minutes. I have an excellent dentist that I used to go to in the city by my previous employer and have been dreading finding a provider in Brooklyn, but I am so happy I found this gem of a place and am very excited for them to be my new go-to for everything teeth!

This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. They took my money, botched my face, and ghosted me when I complained. Absolutely unacceptable - avoid this place at all costs.
