I joined Gundry Health, hoping to get better. You pay $799 upfront and then $200 a month which includes testing every 3 months and a support (counselor) person that you are suppose to be able to meet with as much as you need. Unfortunately it does not work that way. Once they have you and you do your initial testing then you are no longer a priority. I was suppose to meet with my counselor in November , but never met, because she kept rescheduling. But they did not push out my monthly payment. She told to email or text her anytime and she would respond to me. However it doesnt work that way. Getting a response from her was like puling teeth. The last incident that finally made me quite, is she was 30 minutes late for my appointment, which is not unusal. I ended up talking to her while I was at lunch with a friend. She was going to send me information to help with the issues I was dealing with, which was impacting me and I needed advice ASAP. Seve days later I had not her from her so I email her. My lungs weren't at their best after these past weeks of heavy smoke from the El Dorado fire, so this has really helped. Having had years to experiment with his diet, I've discovered that my tastes are closer to peasant than gourmet. I don't like to spend much time in the kitchen. It saves so much time that, like Dr. Gundry, I generally eat just once a day (except for Sundays: special meals for breakfast or brunch). Don't generally post negative reviews, but the Pro Plant supplement shake will not dissolve in cold or hot water. I have contacted support by email to learn more, but no response in over 48 hours. Unfortunately it tastes like Ex-Lax laxative that my mother used to force on me. Not delicious. It is filling, the two times i've tried it...once in cold water and once with boiling water. Unfortunately the office is terribly disorganized, has no reverence for customer service, and despite his mission, he clearly does not have the infrastructure to treat patients within a gold standard of care - which someone of his status should make that his number one priority. There is a complete lack of professionalism and apparently only one physicians assistant whom he employs to do the heavy lifting.
