From the…read moreinitial call to the office to schedule the appointment I was greeted with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. We arrived at a well staffed, clean, well lit office. Our appointment was at 9am and we were walking out by 945am. From our registration to final instructions from Dr. Harley the appointment was smooth, informative and best in class service. Everyone we came in contact with welcomed us as new patients and expressed genuine appreciation that we'd chosen their office. Dr. Harley is exceptional. She came in shook our hands and introduced herself. I appreciated how she brought our son (who's 14) into the conversation and valued his thoughts on his visit. That really meant a lot. She explained everything in a way that we both could understand. Even though the office is about a 30 minutes drive for us, it was worth it! Looks like we've found a new pediatrician! KUDOS to the front office staff, the medical assitant who was super sweet and of course Dr. Harley.

Needed some help over the weekend with issue for my son…read more Doctor understood and advised that a prescription would be sent as non prescription strength medicine was not working. I was relieved as this ailment has been going on far too long. I'm waiting for the prescription for a few hours until I see an after visit summary saying he decided not to send a prescription. It's a bullshit move as we could've discussed other options on the call. He's not a doctor I would go to again. I will report this experience to the telehealth provider and make sure I don't get him ever again.

Further advised that we need to visit the hospital for X-ray and surgery as it was likely a foreign body gone inside when he played. That didn't help but we found out it was common plantar warts and got it treated easily. Also he didn't pay much attention to what we were telling him.

They only allow children who follow the exact guidance per the CDC timeline and recommended vaccines. We are interested in vaccinating our child but at a later date which allows for lesser doses. Unfortunately we were told they couldn't accommodate that request and they do require the schedule to be followed. The reason they shared was for the sake of other children in the waiting room. We were later told that they are incentivized for having 100% of their patients vaccinated (I didn't fact check this but it would make sense why they are so strict on timeline). Again, we really liked the doctors but it's unfortunate that parents don't feel they can have a say in their child's care and timeline.

This office has been home to my children since my first baby was born in 2011. Dr. Ediale and Dr. Jones are by far the best pediatricians and are always super friendly and informative. The nurses are all professional and friendly and I have formed family-like relationships with the doctors and with the nurses that have been there since we first began coming. The facility is in a older house but the care you receive for your children is worth so much more than what the office looks like. I have never been disappointed in my service or felt uneasy taking my children here in over 7 years. Dr. Ediale has recently added on to the space to open up more patient rooms, which has significantly cut down on wait time during busy seasons. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.

Waiting over three hours for the on-call provider to return a call is completely unacceptable, especially for a pediatric office where parents may be dealing with urgent concerns involving their children. An on-call system is meant to provide reassurance and timely medical guidance when families need help most. Failing to answer or respond in a reasonable amount of time shows a serious lack of reliability and concern for patient care. As parents, we trusted this office with our child's health, but this experience made it clear that we can no longer depend on them when it truly matters. I am so excited that I found Dr. Willingham's newly opened practice! Not only could they see both my children but they saw 2 NEW PATIENTS same day! I was super impressed with this and even more impressed with the office when I got there. It was very clean & the staff were just so friendly and thorough. Lastly, my review of the provider. I have 2 teenagers and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner, her attention to detail and overall medical abilities. One of my children is a very involved medical case (to say the least) but she was able to pick up on things and get up to speed fairly quickly. She made sure to speak to them and keep them engaged as patients in their own medical care. Anyone who decides to come here will be very happy with the choice & care they receive.

They have a very innovative appointment system and the staff is friendly and competent. They have a very superior patient portal to access vitals, results, and book appointments. They also text you appointment confirmations. I typically do not have to wait too long in the waiting room for our appointments. Doctors are knowledgeable, but know sometimes it feels as if you are being rushed. They see a lot of kids, and like to stick a schedule. Sometimes I have to stop the doctors and really have them listen to my concerns and push them to get them to fully understand vs. sticking to the textbook. I have had to drop a doctor in the practice and pick another one up, due to not having a chemistry with them. The good thing is you can pick and choose your doctors since there are so many in each location.
