I'm giving this place 3 stars because their front desk and nurses are great. It would be one star…read moreif it was not for them. The main doctor I have been seeing is not great. They state on their information in the room that they sent there for YOU and care. He is nice enough. He listens, to an extent. I feel very cut off when I speak a lot of the time and don't feel as if I am able to really get deep into what my issues are. The main reason I am writing this review is because on my latest visit for a medication refill I brought up the fact that I stopped my birth contro because after the wedding we want to try for one more child. I have had fertility issues in the past (endometriosis). I have one son by birth and another by love and (in 1.5 weeks) marriage. I let my doctor know that we were getting married next weekend and that I was concerned that since I stopped my birth control, I have not had a cycle. He didn't say anything and left the room to give me a refill on my other medication. When he came back I told him I was concerned about my lack of having a cycle and that we want to try for one more. I asked if my issues could be due to my endometriosis (have had 2 surgeries for it, but they were years ago). He said "Could be" I let him know I was aware that he can't tell if the endo. has come back but if I should go see an OBGYN. He said "Well..yes.I would wait until you have insurance...IF you can even have kids. Then he just walked out of the room. I am already stressed enough with getting married next week, closing on our first home 4 days before the wedding. And now the added stress of being left in the dark and told IF you can even have kids. Who says this to an almost newly wed who made it clear they want to try for one more baby. Let alone, who says this to ANY woman. It was extremely insensitive and horrible bedside manner. I had dealt with him being short before and thought "maybe he is busy and has other patients." But I left that office visit very disturbed and wondering why he would even say something like that. He has never seen my records, he has never even given me any kind of gyno check up. I know he isn't an OBGYN but until you have seen all of my medical records, talked with other doctors and discussed other options, he should just keep that opinion to himself. I know this is a long review but I feel as a doctor you should be sensitive towards your patients and comments like this are extremely uncalled for and put unnecessary stress on a woman wanting another child. Maybe if you're a man you will like this doctor as you don't have to worry about these kind of things. But if you are a woman and have legitimate concerns regarding birth control and other areas that only women deal with, I would suggest to find a different doctor. I hope I can find someone else to refill my prescription within 3 months so I don't have to go back to him again. The other staff is amazing and this is nothing against them. But to the doctor- maybe think before you speak and then just leave a patient hanging with doubts of being able to add on to our family.

Great facitiliy, Great staff, Great service Great doctor,…read more TERRIBLE Hours. The office is only open around 27hrs a week. My impression is that Dr. Cheeks is going it on his own here and limits the hours so he can handle the patient workload. If you only need a doctor once or twice a year, can plan weeks in advance, then I HIGHLY recommend them. Personally I work a 7-5 job 5 days a week. This means I can only make an appointment on Tuesdays between 6-7 which requires weeks of planning before-hand. It just not practical for me but if you can work it in your schedule, they are a great office to use.
