Dr. Richard Clem was by far the most careless and unprofessional optometrist I have ever dealt…read morewith. He showed zero warmth, patience, or professionalism during our visit, which was infuriating considering we drove over an hour to this location after having an excellent experience in the past. He rushed through my so-called "exam" in less than five minutes, making it feel like an inconvenience rather than a medical appointment. Instead of carefully adjusting the lenses one step at a time to determine the most accurate prescription, he simply dialed the knob and instructed me to say "stop" when the vision appeared clearest. This is NOT how a thorough or responsible eye exam is conducted. It genuinely felt like we were witnessing the tail end of his career--where attention to detail, professionalism, and basic care for patients have completely eroded. I left feeling cheated and disrespected. This review is meant as a warning: if you value your eyesight and your time, demand a different optometrist. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid being examined by Dr. Richard Clem altogether.

They always go over my insurance with me and tell me what they will and will not cover. With contacts my insurance has a separate copay for that as its a completely different exam. And they let me know this at check-in. The doctors here are very thorough with the exams and have always answered my questions. Optical team is awesome they are so nice and helpful. I don't typically have issue with getting my glasses. But, if anything is off I've seen them work with patience's as long as they are willing to work with the optical staff. I've also seen people yelling at staff because, they thought insurance covered more than what it really does. And the staff always remained calm and collected. On a particular day I had an exam and Staff told someone what everything was on the sign-in sheet, test options and what insurance discounted and or what copays would cost Before, they were seen. Then at the end of there exam and at checkout they didn't want to pay for services rendered. And so they offered them the option to not have to pay by removing trial contacts. It was clear they were trying to help the person to not have to pay for anything though they put, all there time into helping people find what worked for there contacts. It's rude to think you can go into a medical office and expect something for free. I mean they went over everything before being seen. You don't go to a store and walkout without paying. That's theft of services. Bottom line, if you have questions ask and they will be happy to answer or find one for you. Also you can text (501)941-4321 this office anytime and when they get back into the office, they normally reply sometime next day. Just remember to be respectful and work with your providers. As they do there best to help you and your needs.

I took them out cuz I'm not that kind of person but once I looked it up and talked to an attorney I realized they did alot of things that was very unprofessional and unethical and taking contacts out of someone's eyes that were already used anyways just to throw them away is just sad I would have paid them regardless I just didn't have the money until the next day but now that I know I'll never go to Global Eye Care in cabot again! They obviously scam people into thinking they can afford something or making them think there insurance is covering it when at the end they just want our hard earned money...BTW 320 dollars for 30 mins is absolutely insane! I still would have paid them though just so I could be able to see good again they even told me my eyes were really bad and acted like they cared but they obviously didn't it was all a show...they could have helped me out but instead they chose to choose to get someone's hopes up and then literally make me take out contacts that helped me see perfectly again after 2 years of headaches without insurance I finally thought I could see great again they lied on the phone just to get me there to try to wait til the end to take my money the manager even told me they wouldn't have even did the exams if they knew so it was so wrong to do this. Hope yall don't go there they are crooks! If anyone knows anyone better plz let me know!

I was very excited that they accepted my insurance and the receptionist was able to get us in to see the doctor pretty quickly after I called. Many of the other places I called either didn't accept our insurance or couldn't get us in at the most convenient time. So I really appreciated this. The office was clean, in a good location, and a nice size. The actual doctor was great! She was able to get both of my daughters in and out of there swiftly with all of the proper paperwork we needed. I'm giving them 3 stars because I was certainly pressure sold a bit by the person who sells their glasses. She tried to convince me that getting my glasses online wouldn't be a better deal cost-wise and this simply just isn't true. Two pairs of glasses (lenses + frames) there would have cost me over $500 after the insurance benefit. But I was able to find both pairs of glasses needed online for $120.00. I understand if selling glasses is what keeps this business afloat but there are better sales tactics than flat out lying. This definitely soured the experience.
