I was taken off my meds for an entire week because they wouldn't refill my meds until i saw a prescriber. All because they screwed up some paperwork. Then when i showed up to my appointment they forgot about me... somehow even though i had an appointment and i ended up waiting all day, 9am to 4pm, to finally spend a few minutes talking to the doctor who fixed the issue in like a minute. They also make scheduling appointments very difficult and confusing. They won't just schedule a followup at the place, they tell you to wait a week and then call. Why? I try and be responsible and make appointments to work my schedule around and they literally won't let you do that. Currently on some sort a waiting list to see a prescriber this month because im out of refills again and hopefully they don't force me off my meds again. I don't understand why this is all so complicated. They should call me and make sure i don't run out of my meds by scheduling an appointment right? I'm mentally ill, and barely have the agency to schedule appointments and get to them, especially when i'm off my meds and am deep into my symptoms plus withdrawal from my SSRI. They are so unsympathetic and uncaring with all of this. Though, I will say, the actual doctors are very understanding and professional. It's just the entire gatekeeping to get to them that is the problem and that is just so not right. I feel very sorry for people who can't muster up the agency to deal with this confusing mess.

I have been attacked by another client at their I35 location. During this attack they gave me little to no help. They never got with me to see how the attack might have effected me nor assisted with me getting my wallet back which was stolen during the attack. Lack of concern for MY well being is an understatement. I was in their "NEXTSTEP" program. I gave a dirty UA three times and was shown the door. No attempt to get me treatment or any other option was given I was sent out into homelessness. Their lack of compassion in that matter really struck a cord with me, I've been in similar situations and there were always options but not with Integral Care and Nextstep. I prefer having services given to me by an accountable team of people. In my opinion they are only accountable to themselves.

She created such a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable exploring emotions and thoughts that came up that I honestly wasn't expecting. So my boss could not let me have that off. Because it was a very important client. My ex-wife does not believe that happened. So anyways, on November 13th? We had counseling through zoom and the counselor wouldn't even let me speak. She kept interrupting me. She just wanted to listen to Everything my ex. Wife said, that's not very professional counseling. Any counselor knows that if someone has had something that's happened in their past. That it's going to affect them. They should know this, but when it comes to me, people don't believe that they believe it with everybody else. But they don't believe it with me, and all I was wanting was someone to help me. And this counselor turned me away for help. Because you'd rather listen 21 side of the story and believe one side of the story, because my ex wife has made me homeless twice jobless three times all because I need to speak to a counselor because she doesn't know the difference between someone who's actually violent and someone who needs counseling. And she thinks because if you need counseling, you're a threat to society. And this counseling service just turned me away for no reason, and I spoke to a guy to try to talk to him.And he told me to shut up.That's not how you talk to someone asking for help
