Today was the final frustration that pushed me to write a review. I am not happy with the customer care for Veterans at this company. I have had issues with this company since the start of going to Temecula Valley Cardiology. The issues are with their billing department as they consistently have problems billing TRICARE and or the VA. I started coming to this office while on Active Duty and after when I transitioned to retirement. I am a retired, 100% disabled veteran and rely on my TRICARE and VA coverage. I expected Temecula Valley Cardiology to have figured out by now how to contact TRICARE and the VA to prevent billing issues since they accept TRICARE and the VA for patient insurance coverage. I had my appointment today May 1, 2026, which was rescheduled from 3 weeks ago due to conflicting work schedule. The Temecula Valley Cardiology called me yesterday asking for my insurance info. Then they called me again stating that the VA didn't have the correct name of their office on the appointment approval. I told them I would call and fix it. Mind you, I was at work when they called both times and they never told me they were canceling the appointment. I called the VA and they corrected the approval for Temecula Valley Cardiology, and the lady from the VA told me I was still good to attend my appointment. I arrived on time to my appointment and come to find out Temecula Valley Cardiology canceled my appointment. I am done with this Cardiology Dr's Office and I recommend any veteran to stay clear from it if you are using TRICARE or VA as your insurance.
