I felt skeptical getting a review for a medical doctor off of yelp but I still called. I went to my appointment and the front desk ladies seemed nice (I didn't have a problem with them) The nurse called me back and started my exam and she was very informative and was very nice and made things seem more comfortable. She made me feel more at ease and comfortable when I explained my previous concerns and how I was treated at another office in Reno. Dr Koch came in and was also very informative and didn't rush the appointment and made me feel like she had the best interest in me. Finding a doctor who is caring, gentle and seems like they have the best interest in you is hard but I truly didn't feel bad about myself when I left their office like I did with a previous gyne. I would recommend her for sure!

He and my gynecologist ,Dr HO, who is his friend gave me a…read morefalse diagnosis on my uterus telling me I had a serious condition that would require a immediate hysterectomy and removal of my right ovary. The gynecologist ordered an ultrasound on my uterus prior to the surgery. They both insisted that I have this surgery to save my life. After my hysterectomy I picked up my records from both doctors and the hospital and found that my ultrasound results showed that my uterus and ovary were perfectly healthy. Chacon was given a copy of my results but still proceeded with the surgery. The pathology report after the removal of my uterus also showed it was healthy and free of any conditions. Dr Chacon had also done a cosmetic procedure on my vagina during the surgery that I was not aware of until I found stitches in my vagina. I asked Dr Chaon why I had stitches and he told me they gave me a "tighting" as a favor since they were in there anyway" . He billed my insurance company claiming that I needed "vaginal repair" , again, there was nothing wrong with my vagina and it was never discussed with me!! Now I have pain and loss of sensation in my vagina which has greatly affected mine and my husbands life!! Also, there was no follow up care or consultation from Dr Chacon or the gynecologist who referred me ( DR HO) . At my six week check up I complained to Dr Chacon about my symptoms of mood swings, hot flashes, chills, fatigue , depression and over all feel of sickness. I asked him why he told me that keeping my left ovary would pick up the work of the right one that was removed. He told me " you are in full blown menopause and will just have to deal with it for the next 8-10 years". I have found out through the billing company for these two doctors that they do this same EXACT procedures they did on me 5x's a week to multiple women!!! Today I found out these two doctors have three set up today! The same thing they did to me!!. Do not go to this butcher!!! They are castrating women every single day telling them they are sick and need surgery to save their lives so they can make tons of money for these surgeries!! I trusted both Dr's in what they told me only to find out they both knew that I had nothing wrong with me. I am in menopause now at the age of only 43 years old. I am miserable and have no follow up care what so ever!!!! If you see Dr Chacon or Dr Ho Please be aware that they butcher women and castrate many all week long!!!! Do NOT Trust either one of them !!! I would love for more women to come forward that has had a hysterectomy done from this Dr and tell your story! I strongly advise you if you have had a surgery from this dr to request all of you lab, diagnostic test and hospital reports!! These Dr's need to be stopped!!!

She was incredibly rude, judgmental, and nasty when I answered her questions about my "sexual history" and her verbal treatment of me bordered on abusive. I left her office feeling awful and angry that a medical doctor would talk to anyone this way. I thought maybe it was just that she didn't like me- but then I read her other negative reviews and now know- it is her. She even rolled her eyes at me once-- what doctor does that?? Very immature or something is very wrong with her! If you want to avoid being treated like crap, try any other OBGYN. She is just the opposite of what one would expect and her advertisements make me cringe because they are total lies. I would NEVER recommend this one- she is the worst!

Some also had judgemental snide remarks about the number of children they have. something is seriously wrong with this woman cuz it's none of her business how many children people choose to have. She totally slayed one friend for not breast feeding; calling her a bad mom. With me she didn't wash her hands before putting gloves on. I politley asked her to & she had a tantrum, threw gloves on floor & said "my patients are so bitchy." Thats when i left. The had the nerve to say I had to pay the $30 co-pay. I don't think so!!! Tried to get my insurance not to pay but they said they had to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEAN & CRAZY DOCTOR!
