I've been going to his office for facial laser treatments for 2 years. Previous laser tech was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable. She has since left the practice and I met Molly today for my annual laser touchup. I am so impressed with Molly's skill and professionalism! I am an RN and her care was very thorough and nurse-like! Her aesthetician training was in evidence with the pre- and post-treatment support she provided. As I'd never had laser treatments in the past I had nothing to compare to, but Molly gets it right. I witnessed her planning, assessment, action, reassessment...proper skin prep before, full aftercare with products she put into little containers to send home with me, detailed instructions. Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. I've since shared my story with a few people and, unfortunately, learned that I was not the only one who had a terrible experience many of my acquaintances have as well.

I had under eye surgery and chin liposuction (she said it would give me "definition" which was totally bs) with Dr. McCormack. During the consultation visits, everyone was so nice - they wanted my business. Dr. McCormack basically lied to me about my under eye lines. I said it was a huge concern for me. During consultations she said the lower blepharoplasty would remedy the bags AND the lines. Then on the morning of my surgery she said that I'd have to go to the MedSpa for the lines. I don't know WHY I decided to give them a second chance and try the MedSpa. I had a consultation with Precious, and again, my under eye lines where the reason why I went. She said that Botox would help. I paid for their "VIP" membership (total scam). The Botox didn't do one thing. So I've spent almost 10K at this place and feel ripped off. Then on top of all that, the MedSpa receptionist's are rude. My advice: Go somewhere else for everything. This place is totally overpriced and overrated.

At this visit, the game plan didn't change and we continued to medical clearance in April. I was cleared for surgery at the end of April and a week and a half later I got a new nose. I had a big scar on my nose and Dr. Hall was able to minimize it while I was under. Surgery went according to plan, with check in to check out. It was out patient at Quail surgery! They took great care of me! See my review for Quail! I did have a minor issue when I returned post surgery to have the stents and stitches removed. The girl removing them, pulled and tore a bit at the base of my nose. It was painful and annoying. Thank goodness someone else was in the office to remove the remaining stent and stitches in my left nostril. I also had a billing issue that was caught later and I was reimbursed, but I wasn't too happy with that either. I doubt a check for $210 would have been mailed back to me had I not caught their error. I waited a year to write this review if at all. I wanted to give an accurate account of my experience. Would I do it again? Probably not. I'm not a surgery kind of person. The only other one I had was a cesarean. Rhinoplasty was painful, but I'm breathing better, so that was worth it. And he said I cud come in and get it lasered for free. But it's so faint it doesn't seem worth the trouble. In addition to his skill, he just seems like the nicest man. There were times when I thought she was skimping people on her treatments and charging ALOT of money for them. Example you can buy 1 pound of pure Titanium Dioxide powder off amazon for 18 dollars and mix it yourself and add to creams and sunscreen and she sells it for 20 dollars for a10ml. I asked her about that and she replied that her titanium dioxide was specially mixed...its not true its exactly the same. In passing once she said that some offices mix water with their botox to save on serums...I tend to wonder if she dabbles in that, how would one know? On this note, she kept upping my botox treatments saying I needed more when I really didnt. One appointment I believe she purposely left out some units of botox on some areas of my brow to help assist her in getting more units out of me. needless to say I had to go back and get more at wich point she upped the price. This last time I visited her she gave me 2 more units then usual, which I thought was odd. I have to admit that Dr. Gelber has given me some bad vibes about the way she conducts business. She raises her prices, doesn't tell you till your in her office and then expects you to pay. Not only that, if she doesn't like you she will up her prices, or she will up her prices if she knows you have money. She now even charges 100 dollars per 15 mins just to talk about your treatments after the fact. Anyways after 6 years of treatments ( two a year) ranging from 600-1k a pop, she decides to "let me go" because she had more clients in tahoe willing to pay her more and she that she thought that I was "waisting her time". She flat out told me that she needed more money out of me and because I couldn't buy more cosmetics from her (the expensive ones) that I should go else where. What a shady experience! I wouldnt normally leave a review like this but people should know, your not a patient, she doesn't care about you, she cares about your money.

The eye lids were drooping and when he was tired one would cover his vision. Dr. Ko did the surgery on both lids to lift them. We felt comfortable with this doctor right away and I was taking care of my husband after the surgery. Everything went well, the only thing was, my husband told me, he never wanted to go through that again. There was a lot of after surgery care and healing. But now you can not even see the cut marks on each eye lid. He was happy with the outcome and the follow up visits. The doctor was informative and good at what he does. We would recommend him to anyone of any age if they have drooping eye lids. If you have this problem it can get worse as the years go by so he decided it was time.
