Greg, the President of the company gave at least 150 percent to our project. He was not only on-site for the rebuild but was on our roof supervising every aspect of the construction as well as working himself to insure everything was done expertly. He kept us posted on every aspect of the project, to include cost, schedule, expectations, etc. While our roof was under tarp, Greg came out to the house every morning to inspect the tarp to ensure it was secure. We never gave the safety of our home a second thought. We knew we were in good hands with this company. I would have given 10 stars if they were available.

So glad that I found David's Tile. I had an issue that the subfloor in my bathroom was damaged and…read morewas causing the floor to sink a little, which was damaging the tile above. After having no success getting 3 prior contactors to do the job (they all were unreliable and never followed through in actually starting the job or giving a quote), I found David. He was very responsive to setting up a date/time for a quote, showed up on time to inspect, then promptly gave the quote, and was again on time and efficient in doing the job. Also, the damage to the subfloor was more extensive than anticipated, but David was readily able to adapt to get the job done. Some of the replacement tiles I had ordered also had damage, and David was also able to navigate that issue with no problem. Best of all, the price was fair and competitive. The end result looked great and the subfloor is solid once again. I cannot recommend David enough should you ever need tile work done. I know I'll be back and will recommend him to family and friends.

Understandably, an emergency is an emergency; luckily, I was flexible. On the morning of the new scheduled move date, he was late and kept giving excuses and changing his arrival time. I was in a bind, it was the day of the move, so we were stuck. He finally arrived several hours late, but he got everything moved safely and was pleasant and quick. So, we buried the hatchet, so to speak, and kept his contact for future reference. I know, my fault. A couple of months later, I scheduled a date and time for James to come fix my mother's kitchen sink, and he left her waiting with not only a no-call, no-show, but he also blocked my number when I reached out to find out if he was still planning to come out to help her. I did not yell or cast aspersions in my text; I only asked when or if he was still coming, and even said 'please' and 'thank you'. Instead of responding, he blocked me!! *Professional? Not in the least. * Has his number been removed from everyone I know's contact list? Absolutely! *Am I blowing up every social media available letting everyone know how unreliable and unprofessional this man is? You better believe it.
