Mark is a top notch agent that has represented our family and friends on several real estate…read moretransactions over the years. This year, he represented my wife and I to purchase our forever home in San Ramon (within budget) and selling our condo in Dublin (above target price). This year has been a very competitive market for buyers with low inventory available but Mark was able to successfully win us the home in which we will raise our family. He sent us listings that fit our criteria and guided us to neighborhoods we'd enjoy, viewing properties together weekly. We offered on a few properties over a few months and we finally had our bid accepted on a home in May 2021, thanks to Mark's strategy and narrative he wrote about us in the offer, which really connected with the sellers. Another way we really had an advantage using Mark is he has a strong connection with a very good contractor and cleaning company so we didn't need to hesitate on purchasing a home that need a little bit of work before we moved in, giving us more opportunities that would discourage other buyers. After purchasing our new home, having Mark's contractor fix up some items over a couple weeks, then moving to San Ramon, we had Mark prep our Dublin condo for sale. Our same contractor fixed up a few items and Mark also had great connections with a staging company to ensure our property was in pristine condition for showings. Thanks to Mark's efforts and strategy, we were able to get many offers in less than a week of listing, including multiple that were above our target selling price. I highly recommend Mark for your real estate needs. Thanks for making our dreams come true once again Mark!

From the beginning when we interviewed Lisa Doyle, we already saw the trust & confidence and the many years of invaluable experience that she holds in the industry, especially in the San Ramon Valley area. Lisa was very sensitive with our family situation with the recent passing of our Mom. She was able to guide us step by step with attention to detail, through the preparation, marketing, and sale of our Mother's home in the Alta Mira neighborhood, at Gale Ranch, San Ramon. My sister and I have (2) other siblings and we are a very close knit family and saw the same chemistry with the Doyle family team. Although they are associated with a highly rated brokerage company, Christies-Sereno, they really operate like a small firm and make client services very personal & paramount. We were able to get the one-on-one collaboration with the team keeping the open lines of communications throughout the entire sales process. Their aggressive marketing approach & expanded network thoughout the greater Bay Area provides optimum coverage, attracting a large window of potential buyers. Our Mom's home was well prepared & refreshed with new paint and select interior improvements for impact. Not to mention, the home was perfectly staged that it sold instantly over asking price after the 1st open house! This is very impressive considering the current state of the economy. My sister and brothers are in much disbelief that our Mom's home sold so quickly! Mission accomplished & definitely an epic sale! Many thanks to the Doyle Team! You guys rock!!! Purchased a home from their listing in San Ramon. The escrow closed a weeks ago they only provided us the key from the lock box to the main door entrance. The Garage remote is missing , the mailbox key is missing, the pool key is missing. When our agent reached out to them about the missing item they never responded to us back. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional this real estate company and their agents are. Purchasing a new home should be an exciting journey but unfortunately for us it has been nothing but frustration because of Lisa and her team.

Most weekends we would schedule tours. Jordan was always available and on-time. He'd arrive few minutes early and scope out the condition of the property. Tours are extremely informative. He'd go over the condition of the property setting right expectations, and a detailed walk through of the property followed by a check on the curb appeal & neighborhood details. He'd also go over the prevailing conditions in the market w.r.t winning offers and give us an idea of market situation. The process did span out for 2 years, during which Jordan was extremely patient and always available for that next tour. Finally after 2 years we found our ideal home and when it came to offer process, Jordan played an important role in having our offer accepted. He was also on top of loan approval process ensuring that paperwork was being processed to meet rigid closing schedule. We highly recommend Jordan for his expertise, professionalism, and most importantly understanding customer needs.

But, Jordan turned out to be a rock star!!! He found a beautiful home that had not yet been put on the MLS and was able to work his magic to secure the home at a great price. Jordan then was retained to sell my son's home. He recommended some cosmetic work to the home to make it more desirable, had the contacts to get the work done, and paid for the work himself. A potential buyer emerged and despite the buyer putting in "best and last pricing", which was close to the asking, Jordan was able to extract an additional $15,000. This guy knows what he's doing and worked his magic to satisfy rather hard to please clientele.

In fact, Kin recommended the home I eventually bought while I was on vacation in Europe. She sent me detailed videos and explained exactly how the house matched my preferences.
