The new 50% tint up front looks great with the factory Nissan tint in the rear!

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Frontier back in October 2019, and I have been wanting to tint my windows for awhile now. I like the summer cooling benefits and the privacy aspect of tint as well. Before getting my windows tinted, I wanted to do some research first and see where I could get my windows tinted professionally, because I have a lease for my truck. My contact says Nissan will charge me for peeling and bubbling tint, so I wanted to find a good, reputable shop to do the job. A friend of mine recommended I speak to Miguel at Sterling Window Tint, so I called later that day to get a quote. Miguel was very polite and professional and walked me through the tinting process, different levels of darkness for the tint, and pricing for everything. I then scheduled an appointment, paid for the tint, and dropped my truck off the next day to have the tint installed. Upon picking my truck up, Miguel explained the curing period for the tint, and had a sticker placed on my window buttons to remind me not to roll the windows down. His team did a wonderful job tinting my truck's two front windows to 50%, and I look forward to bringing my Nissan Murano here to have it's windows tinted as well. Bottom line, if you want professional automotive window tint, go here!

Just had my truck windows tinted by Miguel. He did a fantastic job today! I highly recommend him for all of your window tinting needs. Very affordable and professional. Thanks again for the great work!

I came to Miguel back in June to get my front two windows tinted. He did an excellent job and it cost $200. I then got the legal windshield tint (70%) with DMV approval, and this is where the service started to go downhill; this service cost $250. When he installed the tint on the windshield, I noticed a bunch of creases and a visible hair under the film (see attempt 1 pictures). We both agreed to bring the car back to fix, but to my surprise, I sort of received a few excuses from him when I arrived. These excuses were "the front windshield is just difficult to do" and "there's a lot of hair in here" (this one I can understand) and "if I try to fix it now, other issues could pop up." The "if I try to fix it now, other issues could pop up" statement was just so bizarre to me since I too am in customer service and can't imagine saying to my clients "this is just difficult to do" or "hey my solution will be incomplete." If you specialize in a particular service and are charging real money for it, you can't relay to your customers how difficult your job is. It's exactly what you are in business for. We agreed that he would fix these errors on the front windshield so I left my car there. I'm not sure if I have a right to complain at this point, since he did tell me "more issues could pop up." More issues did pop up.... See picture titled Attempt 2. A TON of black spots popped up on the inside of the film. They look like burned bits of something. I put a white piece of paper on the outside to make the picture clearer. I reached out to Miguel and he said to make sure it's not on the outside of the film to which I responded, it's inside of the film because I can feel the pieces. He told me to "wait a month for it to blend." 2 months later, it never went away. I asked him for a partial refund and never got a response. It's been 3 months now. tl;dr 2 star rating math: Front two windows were $200, this is a 5 star rating. Windshield ($250) was messy, this is minus 2.5 stars. Driving back forth, the excuses, the no response on a partial refund, this is minus 0.5 stars

Wanted my front windows tinted to match the factory rear windows. Called in the afternoon and was told I could come on by that day. Was done in under an hour. All I can say is fast, friendly and no issues with reasonable prices. Waited a week to post my review to see how the tint settled, I am really happy with it looks good and just what I wanted.

Got 5% tint on the side and back windows, looks great! Would recommend 100%

5% on the back and sides. Looks amazing! Will recommend to others. Got scheduled quickly and the install didn't take long at all.

recently had my Genesis GV80 Coupe serviced at American Shine for Full Front PPF, front window…read moretinting, and the Gtechniq Premium Ceramic Coating Package--and I couldn't be happier with the results. I requested a quote online, and got a quick response. Brian and Ali were incredibly helpful, walking me through tint options and recommending additional PPF coverage for better protection. The car looked fantastic when I came for the initial pickup. The technician took time to explain the work, and after talking further with Brian and Ali, I decided to add ceramic coating as well. When we returned for final pickup, the car looked absolutely amazing--spotless, glossy, and well-protected. Highly recommend American Shine for PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing. Excellent service and top-tier results.

Brian and the crew @American Shine are outstanding in their work and customer care…read more I got my Cybertruck Beast wrapped there in Pure PPF Unicorn's Blood. You can do a magnification of my included picture and I defy you to find the SLIGHTEST of imperfection in their work. The pictures were taken almost 3 weeks after the install to demonstrate the superb meticulous care with which they applied the thermoplastic polyurethane protection film. It looks better than a paint job and self heals minor abrasions. I was concerned about the potential bubbling of the wrap and waited till now to ensure there were none. Ok, the job was pristine and exceeded my expectations BUT that wasn't the total story. Customer-centric interface is their premier positive attribute. From first contact to yesterday's final inspection, the team was always there to answer ALL my questions and assure me that I had made both an economical and prudent decision to protect the shell of my Cybertruck even down to the 3D effect of the badges which they installed between the truck surface and the wrap. Very neat and well done. If you are even THINKING if getting your vehicle wrapped, PLEASE do your self a favor you will never regret and stop by American Shine and talk to Brian about it. Note that their webpage does not highlight colored wraps, only clear ones. I had read some great reviews, most notably in the Tesla forums and was sold on American Shine but I wanted a colored wraps. Fortunately, I sent them a note asking if they did color wraps and to my delight Brian's response was a definite and loud YES! In sum, if you are in the DMV area, it is worth you time to make the trip to Sterling. My 23 mile trip was worth my time, yours will be too!
