We had steak and grilled shrimp and both were cooked to perfection. The huge homemade onion rings and the dipping sauce were delicious. All of the food came out of the kitchen promptly and hot. There is an outdoor dining patio as well. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say and I highly recommend it. We drove an hour to get here and it's definitely worth the drive! I thought for a minute not to let the secret out about this place but it wouldnt be fair to deprive other people :)

The place was as pretty calm and quiet, but it was a weekday lunch. It had a relaxed vibe, but I can imagine it being the exact opposite in the evening. The restaurant itself is spacious, and there's a fully loaded bar in the back will lift your spirits if that's what you're into, I kept things simple and ordered a burger with onion rings. The tall guy who took my order was as friendly as they come. I couldn't finish my burger, but every bite was excellent. The Smokin' Bull is definitely on my "return-to" list.

Ugh, First Watch made it to Texarkana - so "omg, a new brunch place"! We've been to First Watch in…read moreDFW. We were hungover with a group of friends--mimosas were great, nada on the food. I went to First Watch again a few months later, but this time it was the one in Shreveport (maybe Bossier) while my car was getting an oil change at the Land Rover dealership nearby. AND the only reason why I went was because I was waiting for Lululemon to open in the same shopping center; and I had my friend with me, she was starving. I did get a side of hash browns that time, they were ok. But, definitely not $11 dollars ok. Annnddd guess what, they don't serve mimosas at that one - so extra boo to them. But overall it's just gross. It's turned into what the old Texas Roadhouse parking lot use to be - crowded with redneck vehicles. It's outrageous. How many freaking trucks with trailers in Texarkana are there? And why choose an already overcrowded place to eat, in the first place!! Knowing your lifted up, 4 door Ram truck extended cab, with a horse trailer, is going to take up 15 parking spots? So why did I agree to go to the one in TXK? Maybe hoping third time is a charm? No. I met two of my friends because they wanted to try it out. Please tell me why my bill was $24, before tip. I had water, too! It's so overpriced and gross. How do you mess up an omelette? I hate IHOP, but IHOP would get 10/10 stars compared to this place. I will say that the restrooms are super clean, and I am a psycho about restrooms. And service was fabulous at each location. If you want my recommendation, it's to go to brunch at REDBONE! Fabulous food morning, noon and night.

We started with the beer battered cheese sticks and that came with Heinz marinara sauce. We enjoyed Every bite! MMM My husband ordered the pork sandwich and really liked it. I ordered the special for day which was catfish, homemade french fries, jalapeno hushpuppies, and coleslaw. The fish was not fishy and was cooked perfectly. Hushpuppies were a little spicy, coleslaw was very tasty and fresh. The french fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I love homemade frech fries. They ran out of banana pudding, or I would have ordered some to go. Service was nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had booths and tables. If we lived closer, we would eat here all the time.
