I was worried it wouldn't make it home safely so I stopped at Casey's off I-88 and asked for referrals for car repair shops. One of them was for AutoDoc and I am so glad I called. They looked at my car right away with no appointment. Seconds later I was good to go-at no charge! Part of the heat shield they said I didn't need rusted and was about to fall off. I really appreciate their honesty. The owner, Jon Setchell, could have told me anything and ripped me off, but he didn't. Thank you. I made it home safely and no further issues.

A few MONTHS later we call no call back so we stop in just to have the manager tell us ohh sorry I was just about to call you...IM SURE either way sorry dont see that happening and basically found out everyone here Is just spinning us and will lie to your face about customer service that we've been going back and forth with for months....depending on who you talk to that day theyll always have a different answer for you first and last car I plan to buy from this place....don't bother!!!
