I had left several personal items in the vehicle, including a large and heavy bag. Instead of me driving all the way back to get it from Tire Tracks, Craig, the manager, offered to mail the items back to me! He did so promptly and even covered the shipping costs! He then called to confirm that I received it. When I discovered that I left another item in the car, he sent it back to me within 2 days. I highly recommend Tire Tracks. I've had dealings with multiple car dealerships and businesses and have never received such nice service. It makes a huge difference. My car is still totaled, but Tire Tracks certainly helped with the blow.

Had brought in a car previously for a much needed repair. I was not welcomed walking in (had an…read moreappointment), and had to wait until conversation stopped between those behind the counter to even be acknowledged. That repair work was finished quickly, but higher in cost than I expected. As I needed it fixed, the repair was done . Brought in my husband's car for a brake inspection several months later, and were informed we needed both the front and rear brakes done, as well as new rotors. We were also told additional repair work was needed, so decided to bring the vehicle to the dealership for their opinion. We were told everything was fine, and nothing needed to be addressed at this time. Disappointed that what seemed to be a decent local business was so deceptive.

Brought him all the metal head parts like the cams, springs etc. to have them cleaned. He had them for a long time. Finally he called and said they were done. The aluminum parts were poorly done. I'll have to get them done somewhere else. He did refund my money for that. He did not clean any of the metal parts and his explanation was that we did not discuss that. So if that was true that means I boxed up and carried all those parts into his shop and sat them on the floor and he did not notice. If he did notice he did not ask me why I brought all those parts into his shop. His final explanation to me was sorry we could not see eye to eye on this. How ridiculous. I would get things in writing the next time but there won't be a next time.
