His workers that he claimed graduated from HVAC training school, did not know what they were doing. Charlie was not much better. He advertises himself as a licensed expert HVAC installer, but he did not know how to wire the Bosch system. He claimed it was a new model, and he had not installed it before. After we had no heat in the sub-freezing winter temperatures, he had to call the company for step-by-step instructions. The noise level of this system is unbearable and sounds like a wind tunnel. We have to increase the volume on the TV when the heat kicks on. In October he promised to install a noise reduction system in the attic (at my expense). It is now June and I am still waiting even though I have asked him numerous times when he is coming. He says we live too far away. Well, he shouldn't have taken the job if it was too far to travel to our property. The service has been terrible. At this point he will not even return my texts and calls to schedule the spring maintenance which was included in the price. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any HVAC work. Months later I found out he closed the business and moved out of state! How do these people sleep at night?

Filling a bucket of approximately 3-4 gallons of water in 24 hours. The block was removed and a cold water stem repaired. I was informed all was fixed. $925+ later (2.25 hours), the drip is now filling faster at approx 4-5 gallons in 24 hours. I have a well and that creates a hyper-utilization of the well pump. The 2 young plumbers were very pleasant, neat and courteous. However, I called the office and asked to speak to the owner to address the continuing leak and he still has not called me back over a week later. Plus the initial visit charged me $185 per person ( 1 was an apprentice) just to show up. This owner should be respectful and return a customers request for the work to be completed the RIGHT way. I am calling another company now. First time utilizing this company which apparantly has been in business a long time. Will not use this company again and am passing the message to as many people in my town/ surrounding area of my negative experience. Mr. Koster, I am very disappointed in your inaction and lack of interest to resolve my plumbing issues completely.

The three installation guys (Michael, Jamie and Darrell) were great! They cleaned the work area and left and everything nicer than it was before the work began. I was really impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the guys installing the system (and they are very likeable personable guys too!) I had 3 other quotes from other companies. Like one review here said, H&I weren't the lowest quote and they weren't the highest quote I received, they were right about in the middle. In the end, I went with them because: 1. I already do business with them for my oil delivery so I already know they are super nice and helpful. 2. They didn't have a pushy salesman that pushed me to close the deal the same day as the quote like another company I had give me a quote did. 3. They were honest (at least I believe they were haha). There was another sales guy from another company that told me BS and I knew it was BS when he told me because in my research I found things that contradicted what he told me (and other techs I spoke to said he was incorrect.). I felt like all the other companies wanted was to close the deal. 4. Whitney and Wyane were there to answer all my questions and believe me, I had a lot. Whitney was extremely responsive to every one of my emails. 5. Overall I just felt more confident in them than the other companies that came to give me a quote. I felt the other companies with salesmen just wanted to close the deal and would tell you whatever just to close it. 6. I liked when they gave me a quote it was one of their techs that took all the information, again, not a salesman.
