Avoid This Dealership at All Costs…read more This is hands down the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle here on July 7, 2025 and arrived at 4:00 PM. I didn't leave until after 11:00 PM because they only had one finance person working--despite me paying cash. I didn't reach my hotel (2.5 hours away) until after 1:00 AM. The very next morning, thick white/blue smoke poured from the exhaust. I recorded it, thinking maybe it was condensation. But within days, the smoke happened again--and again. I also discovered the front brakes/rotors were bad and the transmission jerked from 3rd to 4th gear. I brought the truck back, still under their "100-day warranty," and was given a loaner. Almost two weeks later, they told me they "found nothing wrong," even after seeing my videos. They returned my truck on July 31, 2025--and the smoke started again the next day. Now they ignore my calls. I paid a lot of money for this truck, and their response has been denial, delay, and neglect. A Ford dealership that can't (or won't) fix their own certified vehicles is unacceptable. I'm now speaking to a lawyer. Save yourself the stress--go anywhere else.
