They told me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. The reason I'm giving them a low rating is because my Milwaukee headlamp went missing after my visit. That was the last place I went before going home, and I had left the lamp on my passenger seat before handing them my keys so they could take the car to the back. I got my car back and everything. My mistake was not checking if all my belongings were still there before leaving, because honestly, I wasn't expecting anything to be missing when I was literally there waiting the whole time. Later that day, when I got home to install my door speakers, it had gotten dark, so I went to grab my lamp -- and it was gone. I had literally left it on the passenger seat before they took the car. Keep in mind, I keep my car clean, so it would've been easy to spot. I checked everywhere in the car, giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they had moved it somewhere while working on it. After searching for a while, I tried calling, but they had already closed. The next day I called back. The same person who helped me said they remembered seeing the lamp and that they "left it there," and then told me they would check the cameras to see if any staff grabbed it thinking it was theirs. Got a younger guy that seemed to be a little eager to get a sale. What he quoted and recommended vs what David did was wayyyy different. There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on. It's a small thing but ALL of the tires were low. The attention to detail matters when you're working on people's vehicles.

Ironically we both has the same repairman to come out to our locations. I went back and forth on my decision when it came to this review. I wanted to give the repairman (Paul) and his manager (Kevin) the benefit of doubt. However, the joke would on me after the jobs were complete. When my window was finished he did not call me back out to the vehicle to inspected. I was meet at work with the invoice and requested I inspect the work before paying for the service. At that time he informed me of not being able to recalibrate my window and I needed to bing it to the shop. I responded by requested a refund on the visit fee being that the work would have me at the shop. This is where I should have known that the knowledge of the repair wasn't there because I googled how fix the calibration. Now even though I aided in the full repair of my window I still paid the full amount.( I also received a text from the repairman the next morning requesting what link I used to recalibrate my window) Which leads me to the following day when I took my car to the car wash. As Im cleaning my car I rolled down all the windows to find that my passenger door panel is off a little. Immediately contacted the repairman direct and told me he could come out on the following day. I waited and was okay with him missing the first day because of the rain and bad weather. What I didn't know is I would have to text him 3 days after the rain requesting the job be finished. He informs me that he's sorry and it would take him 2 additional days to come out because he would be on his personal time. At this point I'm pissed because you are having to do this because your work wasn't complete! He informs me that I can reach out this his manager if that didn't work out. I contacted the manager and informed him of my repair and he told me I could bring it in and get a refund on the travel fee. Now as anyone else I had an unforeseen family emergency. This took me out of the play for 3 days and on today I called to make sure we were still okay on my repair. The manager says yes you just have to bring it in but the morning time. granted the call was placed at 11.30am so I asked, "what about now?" To my surprise Im told yes but it's first come first serve so there's people ahead of me and I would have to wait. Now I understand everyone is admit about their windows being repaired as was I. In the same token I was admit that the work would be completed after the 1st visit. Just to throw this out there don't assume because you are tipping someone to do a service for you and providing them fluids on a hot summer day. That they will live up to that work expectation. If you remember at the beginning I mentioned my friend's window was being replaced on the same day. The day of the rainstorm her window wasn't done properly causing the rain to flood her floor. This pricing at this establishment was fair and the travel service help young working individuals like us but the quality of the work, customer service and product knowledge needs WORK!!!!!!! Update on my window and the subpar service provided by this business. I had to return to the shop because the repairer left glass in my door panel. Despite numerous opportunities for the shop to rectify the situation, I am now pursuing legal action. This location required me to drive over 30 minutes to the shop to have the remaining glass removed from my door panel. To my surprise, I left my car out due to company visiting, and we experienced heavy rain. Upon entering my car, I noticed a puddle in my passenger floorboard (the side of the door panel where the window was repaired). I immediately contacted the shop and returned my car for the third time. The front desk representative provided a different explanation than what was communicated via text message.
