So went there to add an amp I had and sub I had to my truck. Told the guys to check my speakers out in the door and rear and replace them if needed. So the replaced them with Memphis 5x7 but this is what I had. Never use these guys. Complete rip-off. My speakers didn't need to be replaced. If you notice in the pics one speaker still had the plastic on it. I pulled it off to get a better pic. I just bought the truck so I didn't know what speakers were in the door. This place is not professional, the people here does not know what they are doing starting with the owner ..I went to this place because my left speakers were not working they sold me a $180 stereo plus 49 dlls of service and they messed up my subwoofer and kicked me out of the place because they were closing already ,I had to come back the next day and drove 50 min to get to this place to end up with I was gonna get charged more even for putting back all the seat screws and stereo and dash screws back into place which they had to do that since they supposedly finished the job.....VERY VERY BAD BAD SERVICE ....I HIGHLY NOOOTTTTT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere to a place that is trustworthy. It takes a lot for me to make a negative post about an establishment, but I want to warn others. I had Stereo Sound System replace my wife's stereo for her 2015 Christmas present. I spoke with the sales person on 2 occasions about my request for the stereo + wired mic + keeping her steering wheel controls working. I've had several stereos installed (a couple from them which makes it worse), so I know to ask for this. He even showed me the setup on a similar car with all of the amenities which I was interested in so I went with the deal. After driving for a couple of days, my wife realizes that the steering wheel controls are not working. I'm thinking, people are allowed to make mistakes I'll just take it back to get it corrected. Not so much. He wanted to charge me more money to add the steering controls as he insists that we did not talk about the steering wheel controls during any of our conversations. I replayed our conversations and also reminded him that he asked me if I wanted to keep the steering wheel controls active. I made a huge mistake for trusting his word vs getting EVERYTHING documented in advance. I expect a profession shop to be upfront and open about the products and services that they sell each and every day vs this bait and switch technique for trying to upsell. He couldn't care less about me filing a report against their poor service or losing me a future customer. Well they've lost this one for life. read more

I bought 6x9 speakers on 04/17. I went back to exchange them for a higher watt speaker. I was met by Joe. I explained to him what I needed. He started to explain to me, that I didn't know what I was doing and he been in the business for 25 years. That's outstanding, but that info didn't solve my problem nor give me more watts on my speakers. Not the place to spend your money. Very poor customer service. read more
