Head unit could not be replaced so we had to work around that with various components. Their recommended components weren't cheap but the quality was good. I don't know stereos from a hole in the ground but knew I wanted it to sound better than my mediocre factory unit. Tried to get a system to match the Bose ten-speaker system in the higher-trim version of the car I had, but it would have been prohibitively expensive to do the extensive body modifications. When they finished up they told me they didn't install two particular components because they found the system worked fine without them. Appreciated the honesty (and $ savings). When I first tried out the new system in their parking lot I was a bit underwhelmed and got grumpy. The installer could hear the difference but I couldn't. But later discovered it was mainly because the source music recording had rather limited dynamic range to begin with. Soon after on the way home I played some music of higher sonic quality and I could REALLY tell the difference then! Big time! So I felt a little sheepish about how unenthusiastic I was when I first got the car back from them, especially considering how much extra effort it took them to deal with that make/model car. It's been 13 months since then and I'm still happy. (I don't write Yelp reviews until I've lived with the product/service for a while.) Sound system doesn't get ear-shatteringly loud like I expected it should, but at my age perhaps that's for the best. I'd definitely return to them for other work and recommend others to do the same.

I purchased mine from Amazon and made an appointment to have installed by Mo. Dude did a fantabulous job! No evidence of wire and no evidence of my interior being compromised!!! Fast forward to August 2020 I go back to Mo, tell him how he was the initiator for putting my dash cam in my Honda Accord and now I'm purchasing an Acura RLX, as pleasant, as professional, and as efficient as ever, Mo removes my dash cam from the Accord with reassurance to me that he will take care of me and that he will put double side tape on it and it will suffice well. Once the Acura was in possession, I took it to Mo and he did just what he said he would do. He did it efficiently in time and quality! This man, business owner was so professional, with integrity, kindness and trust beyond measure that my husband just stood back nodding in approval when Mo worked with me concerning the taking on and off of the equipment. My Acura RLX is no longer being manufactured and it was only manufactured in Japan, but Mo took care of it with the same consistency and care of his high caliber. Presently, my sister's fiancé drove my car to Jackson, MS in October 2022 and two rock starburst with a long crack is on my windshield still in March 2023. So hopefully I'm going to take it to them today to get the dashcam taken off again, have the windshield replaced after the shortage of windshields (go figure), and have Ko to reinstall my dash cam. When I took it back to them they tried to act like they didn't sell me it or put it in. After causing a stink about it they finally where said "o I remember you now" and said they would take it out and send it back for warranty work. After a month I finally called them and I'm pretty sure three didn't send it off at all. He said they couldn't find anything wrong and that it was working on his bench. I went back and they put it in and it worked for a day and did the same thing again. When I called him back and went back up there they were like well what do you want to do? Like I was on my own... so pretty much I paid around 2 grand for a radio and install job that lasted 3 or 4 months.. they will act like you didn't need your receipt and that you will be in the system and they deny putting it in when it f's up (which it will from there) and then not help. I should have listened to my friend which had an alarm system put in there and it locked his whole vehicle up after 9 months and he finally sounded out it was the alarm system locking t up and down they just said it was past his warranty. The person who took it out said t was a horrible job an the wiring was a joke. Shit company and won't use them again. The wiring was shit in my radio and wasn't even connected on some of the wire nuts they used.

I paid $400 for a half ass job that a 16 year old high schooler could have done. I have never seen…read moreanyone stick an open wire into a fuse box with a fuse half in and then call it professional. The wires in the back are no where NEAR neat and wiring is exposed. They didn't even put my plate back on inside of my brand new cars trunk and never gave it back. The fuse terminal under the hood consisted of 2 clips and a fuse with a bunch of wrapped electrical tape. I've seen 2 other cars they have done this to first hand and this is unacceptable and unprofessional. They told me they put a wire kit in and it was not a kit at all. It was crappy wire i could've bought at Walmart for $5. Professionalism doesn't stop with appearance. The work that was presented to me was beyond atrocious. Never will I ever recommend them again.
