I knew that was the problem. I also knew the car I was bringing was an older "clunker" that I did not want to invest much into for repairs. Upon arrival, I attempted to explain this to the receptionist. She didn't even make contact with me, but instead just told me that the mechanic would take care of things. I should have insisted on speaking to someone but I wanted to trust the process. When I received the quote, I knew it was way off. I reached out to my mechanic (who also has Yelp reviews of 4.6+ as well) and asked if it sounded strange. He said he could beat it by $400, and probably more. I picked up my car (which still cost me a $125 diagnostic service fee) and took it to my other mechanic who did the work for $800 less. I'm sure The Hub stands by their work and their quote, but that is just so, so far off and a bit toned def to this customer's needs. All your receptionist had to do was listen to me and consider my request, but instead, you lost a potential new customer from the CY neighborhood. I hate that because I want to support local joints. From what other reviews say, this is a highly reputable place to take your vehicles -- so I can't argue its quality. I can only warn the consumer of its seemingly astronomical, pricey quotes.

This shop did an excellent job repairing the seats in my 2008 Acura TL. The price was also great…read more They did not replace the leather upholstery with leather (my choice to save money). They replaced the leather with vinyl. I cannot tell the difference between the two materials. All I know is my seats now look brand new. They also repaired two leather areas in one of my doors. I tore holes in the door after forcing a flat screen television in the back seat. Last, they also arranged for the replacement of my center console cup holder rollback lid. They called the dealership, had the part delivered, and replaced it at their shop hourly rate. All in all, it was a great experience, great price, and great service. When I get the courage to spend on my car's aesthetics again I'll be returning to Mobile Trim Team to have the upright areas of my front seats restored to a "new" look even though they are not ripped. If you have a car that you love or one that you are trying to sell (but want the upholstery to look perfect) I highly recommend taking it to Mobile Trim Team.

I purchased mine from Amazon and made an appointment to have installed by Mo. Dude did a fantabulous job! No evidence of wire and no evidence of my interior being compromised!!! Fast forward to August 2020 I go back to Mo, tell him how he was the initiator for putting my dash cam in my Honda Accord and now I'm purchasing an Acura RLX, as pleasant, as professional, and as efficient as ever, Mo removes my dash cam from the Accord with reassurance to me that he will take care of me and that he will put double side tape on it and it will suffice well. Once the Acura was in possession, I took it to Mo and he did just what he said he would do. He did it efficiently in time and quality! This man, business owner was so professional, with integrity, kindness and trust beyond measure that my husband just stood back nodding in approval when Mo worked with me concerning the taking on and off of the equipment. My Acura RLX is no longer being manufactured and it was only manufactured in Japan, but Mo took care of it with the same consistency and care of his high caliber. Presently, my sister's fiancé drove my car to Jackson, MS in October 2022 and two rock starburst with a long crack is on my windshield still in March 2023. So hopefully I'm going to take it to them today to get the dashcam taken off again, have the windshield replaced after the shortage of windshields (go figure), and have Ko to reinstall my dash cam. This company sold me a stereo and also installed it. After 4 or 5 months the screen stopped…read moreworking (this was a VERY expensive unit). When I took it back to them they tried to act like they didn't sell me it or put it in. After causing a stink about it they finally where said "o I remember you now" and said they would take it out and send it back for warranty work. After a month I finally called them and I'm pretty sure three didn't send it off at all. He said they couldn't find anything wrong and that it was working on his bench. I went back and they put it in and it worked for a day and did the same thing again. When I called him back and went back up there they were like well what do you want to do? Like I was on my own... so pretty much I paid around 2 grand for a radio and install job that lasted 3 or 4 months.. they will act like you didn't need your receipt and that you will be in the system and they deny putting it in when it f's up (which it will from there) and then not help. I should have listened to my friend which had an alarm system put in there and it locked his whole vehicle up after 9 months and he finally sounded out it was the alarm system locking t up and down they just said it was past his warranty. The person who took it out said t was a horrible job an the wiring was a joke. Shit company and won't use them again. The wiring was shit in my radio and wasn't even connected on some of the wire nuts they used.
