No phone calls or emails were returned so I had to go in person sever times to talk to the owner about getting work done. It started with speaker and sound absorbing mat installation. I then wanted a fiberglass sub enclosure and custom amp installation with a dsp and tuning. I tried several times to set up a time to bring my car in for the big stuff but I had to give up and find a different shop. The checked the speaker install and after speaking with the owner about the issues he admitted that he doesn't check his guy's work.

I paid $400 for a half ass job that a 16 year old high schooler could have done. They didn't even put my plate back on inside of my brand new cars trunk and never gave it back. The fuse terminal under the hood consisted of 2 clips and a fuse with a bunch of wrapped electrical tape. I've seen 2 other cars they have done this to first hand and this is unacceptable and unprofessional. They told me they put a wire kit in and it was not a kit at all. It was crappy wire i could've bought at Walmart for $5. Professionalism doesn't stop with appearance. The work that was presented to me was beyond atrocious. Never will I ever recommend them again.
