I had a remote starter installed, not only they did a great job getting this done, but also educated me on how to use it. Service was professional and prompt. B, Sanchez read more

I had a remote start installed, but it didn't work as expected: sometimes the alarm goes off, it won't start from a distance, and it has trouble starting. Also, the final price was higher than what they originally told me. I went back for the warranty, but they didn't fix the issue. Honestly, I don't recommend this place. read more

If i could give 0 starts i would, they took 10 hrs on a tint job that they said would only take a few hrs. Came back to pick up at 7pm and there was very visible damage on my passenger side door panel, that was clearly done with a heat gun. Completely denied responsibility and acted like i was crazy. Just plain horrible service don't take your car here save your time and money. read more

Nearly 7pm I had to call because I never got a call when I made the call the gentleman was rude and laughed at me when I told him no one called me and said it was my problem. Extremely unprofessional place and a joke I'm standing next to my car and it doesn't turn on I'm literally touching the car with the remote and won't turn on absolutely gargbage service PLEASE STAY AWAY. Not to mention it's overprice overall experience is horrible and now I have to spend more money to go get my remote start fixed why would I take my car back knowing they messed it up. I recently took my car to this place to get new speakers installed I was charged nearly 300$ for 4 speakers. Let me say the stars on this place make sense 3 stars this place is a complete joke. Please stay away from this place not only does it take them extremely long to finish but also had to stay after hours because my car was missing screws and my buttons were sticking out what kind of place does that. Not to mention I supposedly paid for top quality speakers and I already have issues they are crackling hasn't even been a week. If I could I would rate this place 0 stars highly unprofessional. Oh and I forgot to add how they scratched my car all up from the inside just all around terrible experience we live and we learn I will never go back and now I have to look for someone to fix this places screw up no way I go back to have more damages. Was quoted 200 for some tints not even 2 days later the tints are already bubbling and they are peeling. When I brought it up to the gentlemen in the front he was rude as well. How do you mess up someone's car and they u are rude to your customers ridiculous. Worst experience in my whole life PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will take your money and mess your car up in the process haha. Business should be shut down immediately . Would rate 0 stars but can't do the that. read more

Went in for a Bluetooth stereo as the newer iPhones don't have aux unless you find the aux converter. Long story short worst mistake I ever made hasn't even been 3 days and my stereo is acting up. I can't always connect to the Bluetooth sometimes I won't be able to connect at all. I went from listening to music to listening to music when my stereo wants to work. This place is just ridiculous very pricey and absolutely bad job why would anyone in their right mind go here? I ask my self this everyday now paid 550$ for a non working radio if you have money to throw away this is the place for sure. read more

Stereo Plus So, my experience with this establishment did not go well. First, I was quoted $620.00 to install a radio that I brought in, plus a remote start and XM tuner. After dropping my car off at 10:30am and was told I would get a call when it was ready. That call never came. I called and was told again that I would get a call when ready. No call I went to pick up my vehicle at closing time 7pm. I did not get my keys till 7:15 a guy showed me how to use the remote start. I got the bill, and it was $100 more than I was quoted. The car was already on when I went outside. So, I did not have to unlock or turn it on. When I got home, I went over the car and found that they ripped the dashboard, there were footprints all over the front passage side they left plastic from the wiring. There was a brown mark on the pass seat. Grease marks on the peeler and arm rest. The driver door lock did not work properly. My navigation, heat and air did not work. They laid the xm antenna on the dash should on the roof in my opinion. When I went back to talk about it the owner George said that because I installed the new radio that the nav would not work. I was not informed of that. He also denied any damage. He said that I had to have the door looked at it was not anything they did. We went back and forth he finally agreed to look at must of the things. So, I brought the call back the next day. The door lock was fixed. Nav air and heat was working, but he did not fix the dash or the seat. For the dash he said he would take off $120. Funny that that is what the bypass install cost, so no discount. After arguing he said he would order the fabric to fix the seat, so that I would give him a good review. I went to the car and did not see the cord for the apple car play. I went back in and asked about that and was told that I needed to purchase an HDMI cord then they could hook it up. I decided that I did not want to wait for them, so I went to best buy the next day, and the automotive guy found it glued under the steering wheel area. So, they basically lied to me to get me to purchase a part for them to keep because I did not need it. This place is a joke. I wonder how many others fell for that scheme. Plus, I do not know why, but they took the unit off the face of the original stereo. I am sure I will not see that ever again. I plan on spending the money to reverse the shotty work done so that I have peace of mind that my car does not catch fire. PLEASE DO YOUSELF A FAVOR IF YOU VALUE YOU VEHECLE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE THAT WON'T MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY JACK UP YOUR PROPERY. I GUSE THE REAL PERSON SHOWS UP WHEN YOU QUESTION THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. I could write more but I am exhausted from this experience. Sad that I have to give a star.Do your car a favor and when you see tia place keep driving. read more

I would rate them a zero if I could. They did my tinted windows in my new SUV. It came out horrible. They had my car a whole day. I took it back almost two weeks later for the bubbles and they had it for about 5 hours. When I picked it up it was worse than the first time and this time they also damaged my door panel. The owner Jorge agreed to order a new door panel of which I have in writing and now he's ghosting me. People like this turn my stomach. I always try to do the right thing but this guy's and his business is truly a joke. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THIS MAN AND HIS BUSINESS. read more

They did great for my first experience ..maybe because it was a simple task of a remote start/alarm ? Hope they keep this up

Stereo plus is a waste a time they have a big mouth owner. That talks nice to take your money does a terrible job. Then when you complain he wants to charge you money to fix it. Waste of time money and energy. I'll never use this shop again in my life. Trust me find another shop to get your car service. The best place to go is on grand I know they don't get you inn as fast but it's a way better place a lot cheaper also read more

Family owned establishment that provides quality work. I had a remote starter and backup camera installed on a much older car months ago. They did a great job. Even when the connection to the backup camera started getting fuzzy and cutting in and out, I brought it back and they fixed it immediately without any charges. They stand by their work. They can get busy, so it's best to dropoff your vehicle. Stop by...Jorge and the crew will definitely take care of you! read more

Horrible service!! I went in to get my remote starter fix and the lady behind the counter was asking me questions as if I broke it on purpose I then told her that's why I'm here because it doesn't work! She told me to have a seat left my alarm on the counter and helped 2 other customers that walked in after me after waiting with my daughter for 15 mins I asked if anyone was going to look at it she said the guy is on lunch and will be back at 4 I looked at my watch and it was 4:15 she never told me he was on lunch!! I responded with well you never told me he was on lunch and he's late just give me my starter back and I left!!! I won't ever be going back there!! read more

Theee stars only because it's only 4 mins from my house. Went to get a remote start installed. The young lady showed me the remote start she said they were going to install. Went to pick up the car, 2 hours later from what she had told me when I dropped it off, the remote start they installed wasn't the one she had shown me when I dropped it off. On top of that I had to ask them to show me how it works instead of them taking initiative on showing me. Then since they didn't explained that my key fob remote doesn't work when vehicle is turned on via remote start, I went back in and asked what's going on with that and the gentleman there got bothered I asked about that issue. Didn't even looked my way when answering. Very unprofessional. The prices are reasonable but still not an excuse to have poor customer service. Now the car won't unlock with the remote start key fob, unhappy about that. Called them and they said to bring it in on Monday. I think they should make time for warranty repairs on the weekends. read more

I brought my Nissan in for a remote start Christmas Eve. Remote start was installed. I picked it up and the remote start worked. The issue is the speakers for the radio did not work after install. I brought it back and the owner (George) automatically got defensive and stated how they are professional there is no way they have any fault. I voiced my concern in front of other customers. He then took to the back room to talk. At this point he raised is voice in front of his technicians again telling me this not his problem and he gets this all the time. I guess there are plenty of other customers that come in with their vehicles working then after they install things magically other components no longer work. The worst part is I would have been willing for him to take a look. and tell me the issue. The problem he told me was, I needed a new radio. HUH! Ok I know I am only one customer but I know I will never go back. read more

Came to this place looking for a viper alarm system installed on my car. I had to order the alarm which meant coming in on a later date. The day that my alarm came in I had to keep calling them to get an update if the package had arrived. They finally provided me an ETA for the package and I dropped my car off around 11 a.m. Gave them a call around 4pm to get an update and showed up at the location at 5 to pick up my car. After I arrived they told me that the alarm had just been delivered at 3 p.m. and needed more time to work on the car. After spending an hour waiting for the car I checked with her lady how far before the job was done and she advised me to go and check in the shop. I was surprised to see that no one had started working on my car so only after complaining did the guy come in to collect the alarm from the main office. Install on my car ended up being completed 45 minutes to an hour later, despite all the wait I love my alarm. The main issues I had besides the installation drama are below. 1. They cracked part of my passenger door cover, not too bad so I just let it go (happened because install was rushed) 2. They never bothered to explain that they will be using a Avital remote instead of a viper that I came in looking for and thought they ordered. (They justified this by saying both are made by some company) Which is true except warranty on these are different. 3. Before and after tax price discussed before changed and I ended up paying more. read more

I called to get quote for simple radio installed. They said $75 dollars before I got there. It took a long time owner asked a lot of personal questions that had nothing to do with car equipment in front of others. They came back and said it would be $120 I was so tired of sitting there for 4 hours I just paid it. They took my money and I had to ask for receipt. The lady gave me a look and scribbled installation and price on receipt pad. Horrible Customer Service!!!! read more
