Nearly 7pm I had to call because I never got a call when I made the call the gentleman was rude and laughed at me when I told him no one called me and said it was my problem. I recently took my car to this place to get new speakers installed I was charged nearly 300$ for 4 speakers. Let me say the stars on this place make sense 3 stars this place is a complete joke. Please stay away from this place not only does it take them extremely long to finish but also had to stay after hours because my car was missing screws and my buttons were sticking out what kind of place does that. Went in for a Bluetooth stereo as the newer iPhones don't have aux unless you find the aux converter. Long story short worst mistake I ever made hasn't even been 3 days and my stereo is acting up. I can't always connect to the Bluetooth sometimes I won't be able to connect at all. I went from listening to music to listening to music when my stereo wants to work. This place is just ridiculous very pricey and absolutely bad job why would anyone in their right mind go here? I would rate them a zero if I could. They did my tinted windows in my new SUV. It came out horrible. They had my car a whole day. I took it back almost two weeks later for the bubbles and they had it for about 5 hours. When I picked it up it was worse than the first time and this time they also damaged my door panel. The owner Jorge agreed to order a new door panel of which I have in writing and now he's ghosting me. People like this turn my stomach. Stereo Plus So, my experience with this establishment did not go well. First, I was quoted $620.00 to install a radio that I brought in, plus a remote start and XM tuner. After dropping my car off at 10:30am and was told I would get a call when it was ready. That call never came. I called and was told again that I would get a call when ready. No call I went to pick up my vehicle at closing time 7pm. I did not get my keys till 7:15 a guy showed me how to use the remote start. I got the bill, and it was $100 more than I was quoted. The car was already on when I went outside. So, I did not have to unlock or turn it on. When I got home, I went over the car and found that they ripped the dashboard, there were footprints all over the front passage side they left plastic from the wiring. There was a brown mark on the pass seat. Grease marks on the peeler and arm rest. The driver door lock did not work properly. My navigation, heat and air did not work. They laid the xm antenna on the dash should on the roof in my opinion. When I went back to talk about it the owner George said that because I installed the new radio that the nav would not work. I was not informed of that. He also denied any damage. He said that I had to have the door looked at it was not anything they did. We went back and forth he finally agreed to look at must of the things. So, I brought the call back the next day. The door lock was fixed. Nav air and heat was working, but he did not fix the dash or the seat. For the dash he said he would take off $120. Funny that that is what the bypass install cost, so no discount. After arguing he said he would order the fabric to fix the seat, so that I would give him a good review. I went to the car and did not see the cord for the apple car play. I went back in and asked about that and was told that I needed to purchase an HDMI cord then they could hook it up. I decided that I did not want to wait for them, so I went to best buy the next day, and the automotive guy found it glued under the steering wheel area. So, they basically lied to me to get me to purchase a part for them to keep because I did not need it. This place is a joke. I wonder how many others fell for that scheme. Plus, I do not know why, but they took the unit off the face of the original stereo. I am sure I will not see that ever again. I plan on spending the money to reverse the shotty work done so that I have peace of mind that my car does not catch fire. PLEASE DO YOUSELF A FAVOR IF YOU VALUE YOU VEHECLE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE THAT WON'T MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY JACK UP YOUR PROPERY. I GUSE THE REAL PERSON SHOWS UP WHEN YOU QUESTION THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. I could write more but I am exhausted from this experience. Family owned establishment that provides quality work. I had a remote starter and backup camera installed on a much older car months ago. They did a great job. Even when the connection to the backup camera started getting fuzzy and cutting in and out, I brought it back and they fixed it immediately without any charges. They stand by their work. She told me to have a seat left my alarm on the counter and helped 2 other customers that walked in after me after waiting with my daughter for 15 mins I asked if anyone was going to look at it she said the guy is on lunch and will be back at 4 I looked at my watch and it was 4:15 she never told me he was on lunch!! Theee stars only because it's only 4 mins from my house. Went to get a remote start installed. The young lady showed me the remote start she said they were going to install. Went to pick up the car, 2 hours later from what she had told me when I dropped it off, the remote start they installed wasn't the one she had shown me when I dropped it off. On top of that I had to ask them to show me how it works instead of them taking initiative on showing me. Then since they didn't explained that my key fob remote doesn't work when vehicle is turned on via remote start, I went back in and asked what's going on with that and the gentleman there got bothered I asked about that issue. Didn't even looked my way when answering. Very unprofessional. The prices are reasonable but still not an excuse to have poor customer service. Now the car won't unlock with the remote start key fob, unhappy about that. Called them and they said to bring it in on Monday. I brought my Nissan in for a remote start Christmas Eve. Remote start was installed. I picked it up and the remote start worked. The issue is the speakers for the radio did not work after install. I brought it back and the owner (George) automatically got defensive and stated how they are professional there is no way they have any fault. I voiced my concern in front of other customers. He then took to the back room to talk. At this point he raised is voice in front of his technicians again telling me this not his problem and he gets this all the time. I guess there are plenty of other customers that come in with their vehicles working then after they install things magically other components no longer work. The worst part is I would have been willing for him to take a look. and tell me the issue. The problem he told me was, I needed a new radio. HUH! Came to this place looking for a viper alarm system installed on my car. I had to order the alarm which meant coming in on a later date. The day that my alarm came in I had to keep calling them to get an update if the package had arrived. They finally provided me an ETA for the package and I dropped my car off around 11 a.m. Gave them a call around 4pm to get an update and showed up at the location at 5 to pick up my car. After I arrived they told me that the alarm had just been delivered at 3 p.m. and needed more time to work on the car. After spending an hour waiting for the car I checked with her lady how far before the job was done and she advised me to go and check in the shop. I was surprised to see that no one had started working on my car so only after complaining did the guy come in to collect the alarm from the main office. Install on my car ended up being completed 45 minutes to an hour later, despite all the wait I love my alarm. The main issues I had besides the installation drama are below. 1. They cracked part of my passenger door cover, not too bad so I just let it go (happened because install was rushed) 2. They never bothered to explain that they will be using a Avital remote instead of a viper that I came in looking for and thought they ordered. (They justified this by saying both are made by some company) Which is true except warranty on these are different. 3.
