Darren was a great help as our salesperson; both the selection and the variety of choices were large, but he never hurried me. It seemed to be all about making the customer happy! Their prices were very reasonable, and they will work with you. Mitch in the delivery department happily allowed me to change the dates in order to give us time to replace old carpet before the new items arrived. The kids who delivered were great!! It was on time, quick, neat, and noooo problem. A small glitch about what was to be removed/disposed of was handled quickly with a phone call, leaving a happy customer. It took a while to arrive, as was the time, but no longer than any other place quoted us. We had great delivery, including bring it upstairs. More recently, we bought a new stove. Ended up getting a showroom display because it was the last one, so we got a great deal on it. The staff and owner were very helpful in finding us something that was perfect for us. It's an induction top and exactly the right size and shape for our kitchen. It has been working exceptionally well for us and we are so happy we switched to induction! Overall, we have just been pleased with the durability and service, especially compared to other places we have shopped for appliances over the years.
