Do NOT go here. I had them tint my windows and they did an awful job. First, it took five hours for them to tint a 4-door car. I noticed all kinds of bubbles in the tint that weren't going away after a couple weeks. I was assured these would go away. They never did and despite their "warranty against bubbles" it took a lot of arguing for me to get them to even try to fix it. Problem is they didn't fix it. They replaced the tint on one window but left the other bubble-filled windows untouched. Best part of all, the window they redid now has more bubbles in it then when they first did it. I've spent nine hours sitting in their shop and have nothing but terrible window tint to show for it. You'd be better off attempting it yourself as you would get better results than what these clowns can do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Update: I put up with two months of dealing with the asshole manager and him telling me that he would refund my money for the terrible job they did but making bullshit excuses as to why the check "kept getting lost in the mail". It was not until I filled out the paperwork to file a small claims lawsuit against them that the manager and company owner got their crap together and actually wrote the check that they said they had written months earlier. Moral of the story: you will have to sue these morons if you want to get your money back for the terrible work that they will do on your vehicle. read more

Bought a Groupon for a window tint from this business. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but the tint jobs are terrible! We have now taken our car back 3 times to fix issues. Each time we pick up the car it looks great, but within days the tint starts to peel. The last time back the manager/owner assured us that it would be done properly, as he would do it himself. My transaction with them didn't start very well. I bought a Groupon Remote Start offer from them, and was then told that it would be an additional 99.00 tp get a "bypass" installed on my Jeep. I reluctantly agreed to do it. I dropped my Jeep off at 2:00, got it back at 6:30. Then an amazing thing happened. I was told that the Jeep did not need the bypass after all, only relays. My bill was suddenly 80.00 less than I had expected and the remote starter has, so far, operated without a hitch. Nice save! read more

First off, if you value your time, don't use this place. They had to order a special dash kit for my VW Passat GLS that would be there the next day through UPS (understandable). They informed me it would be done around 3pm the next day. I called them several times only to be told they were still waiting on the product from UPS. They finally received the product later that evening and told me they would install it and be finished within the hour. I get a call 2 hours later and they tell me that they can not install it because they require a $110 part for my car model.... It's hard for me to understand how a business that puts car stereo's in (its called Stereo Advantage for Christ's sake) does not know ahead of time they need a special part for a car when that information was found by me in less than 5 mins on Crutchfield's website. I did not have a car to drive for two days because these fools jerked me around when they should have known (I believe they did know and were actively trying to get me to pay more at the last minute) before I left it with them that the car needed a special dash kit. Long story short. They are a horrible excuse for a business. Go somewhere else. read more

Before getting my windows tinted i was concerned due to bad reviews. The bad reviews do not reflect this company and I will definitely go back to them for more work unless i find a place cheaper. The only concern i had was how long it took to tint them but it's a longer process in general. Rob was awesome. He has all the answers. My tint job is amazing so i'm hoping my sound system will be just as great! read more

I went there on a referral of a neighbor, because the owner is in his car club. I should have purchased everything through Crutchfield and installed myself. First of all, there were 2 type of kits for my car. As imagined they installed the kit for the different console. I called them on it and they gave me a reason why the other kit would not fit. I took it back and they installed the correct kit. Mind you, both kits were multi-kits and fit different vehicles. They tried to explain that the second would not fit because it was a multi-kit. I called the manufacturers tech support line and they were unsure why they would say that about the kit. I picked up the car the second time, the console was mis aligned-and the trim piece would not stay on. Rob's comment, "I told you it would not fit right." He is also part owner. I took it home and took it apart and found they used duct tape to keep it together. It took me a couple of hours and a few modifications and I reinstalled the radio. The console and trim piece on radio fit nicely. I tried saving time by having a so called professional install it. Instead, they wasted hours of my time. Please go somewhere else.
