I have a 2016 Dodge Charger, I got a stinger navigation system and a backup camera installed. I paid $1800 dollars because I thought they were professionals. The system is PLUG AND PLAY, that means the connections all fit perfectly and it was made for the car, there's no custom wiring. This is will be important later. 1. I went to pick up the car, and the climate control wasn't working. They took it back, called the company for tech support. Mind you, they are PROs, right? guess what, they had the connector hub BACKWARDS. I thought that's a bad move for PROs right? Well this was only the start of my headaches. 2. The bluetooth phone connection and the Apple Carplay wouldn't allow me to hear anyone on the phone. I went back, took them close to 45-60 mins to call the company again and realize it's a setting, which to this day I think was a lie because there's no setting for this. But they are PROs right? I gotta trust them. Lets keep it moving 3. The A/C controls come loose on the freeway, come to find out, the technician had BROKEN on the clips on the A/C control panel. Remember the one that they reversed connections on? 4. I go back to fix the loose A/C controls because I trusted them, I arrive and the owner calls the technician that worked on my car. As the Technician is coming out, the owner says to me "MAKE SURE THIS IS THE LAST PROBLEM" like WTF? You guys messed up my car, you broke the clip, you left the panel loose, and I'm causing problems? THIS SET ME OFF AND THIS IS WHY IM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO WARN EVERYONE THEY DON'T SUPPORT THEIR WORK AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU PAY. 5. Anyways, Tech comes over, removes the AC controls. I can SEE all the wires hanging out, no wire ties, no clips, nothing, just bouncing around. THIS ISN'T PROFESSIONAL. Wires should be secured. I didn't have time to argue, I told him that and he ignored me. 6. Then he installs the AC panel, and I should him the center console isn't lined up. He says and I swear "It's like that". At this point I don't want these idiots touching my car so I drive off. 7. Next is all the problems I discovered after, first the backup camera, it was installed on the taillight circuit, not the REVERSE LIGHT like the manual says. NOW I HAVE A WIRING PROBLEM in my taillight that I need to go have removed and installed properly. 8. There's wires everywhere in my trunk, they didn't even tuck them in away from damage and exposure. I attached pictures of the center console, wires, and backup that is ALWAYS on while I'm driving. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. My name is Mo, I'm a professional shop owner from Southern California. THESE PEOPLE ARE MICKEY MOUSE INSTALLERS. They do BAD WORK. Do not trust these people with your car. They've done nothing but create problems for me. They are a horrible company, they don't support their work, they reject real complaints. She has a receipt, a picture of the receipt and the messages as proof. Most of their communication was done through text messages. In those messages, she was told multiple times that she would receive a refund. However, after she informed them that she had paid in cash, her number was blocked and communication stopped completely. She made several attempts to resolve the situation before that, but once she mentioned the cash payment, she was no longer able to reach them. She did not receive the services she paid for, nor did she receive the promised refund. This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on her experience, I would strongly encourage others to get detailed written agreements and be cautious about paying large amounts upfront, especially in cash.

I noticed all kinds of bubbles in the tint that weren't going away after a couple weeks. I was assured these would go away. They never did and despite their "warranty against bubbles" it took a lot of arguing for me to get Rob, the owner, to even try to fix it. Problem is they didn't fix it. They replaced the tint on one window but left the other bubble-filled windows untouched. Best part of all, the window they redid now has more bubbles in it then when they first did it. I spent nine hours sitting in their shop and have nothing but terrible window tint to show for it. You'd be better off attempting it yourself as you would get better results than what these clowns can do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It took the asshole owner, Rob, months to finally refund my money. He obviously isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. There are a plethora of car customization shops in town. Go to one that cares about their customers' satisfaction and will do a decent job the first go-round.
