Great experience at Stereo 1. Had a Viper alarm installed in my GMC Yukon. Price was very competitive and the installation was seamless. Sal was very informative without being pushy to up sell. Has a lot of stock on hand so you are not limited to only a few choices. read more

After having problems with my alarm and stereo. Sam emailed me personally and told me to bring in my car to be checked. He emphasized that he wants to make me happy and I liked that he reached out personally. He did a full diagnostic and found the shorts. He replaced the wires and added speakers at no charge. That's what you call great sales and customer service. Putting your customers before yourself and making sure your products is high quality. It's also great deals that you wouldn't find anywhere else. So I recommend coming here before going anywhere else. You be pleased with the service you get! read more

For 10 years I went to another stereo sales & installation store, then I stopped into STEREO 1(in Reseda) I needed amps, speakers(woofers, mids/high's), amp harnesses, top of the line wirering , and installation. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE. TIME and PRICE WISE. If you are looking for an stereo, amp, speakers, car alarm this is the place to go. I dealt with Sam, and had a great experience. STEREO 1 IS THE PLACE TOGO. read more

From the start I hit it off with Sam. He helped me finish off my install. Ill be taking all my car auto needs here from now on.

I asked for a quote on Yelp for a basic stereo install that will give me an aux and a usb connection. That's all I wanted and Sam and his staff made it happen. The price was perfect, service was great, and I'm happy with the product. read more

I bought some pioneer stereos here and the owner was very helpful with answering all my questions and guiding me through the right product. Great customer service/ Good Deals and a lot of name brands that you can choose from. Very satisfied with my new stereo! Thank you read more

Very friendly customer service, fast and very cheap. The owner was very nice and had good conversations with us. Even tested out to see if the radio I owned worked! While i was waiting around they had rubik's cubes for me to solve which was fun as well :) Would come again. read more

Great service, great prices. The technician in the back really knows his stuff. Got a great deal on a pioneer indash and Memphis speakers and amp. Fast friendly service. Will be back for my alarm soon. read more

Best place ever guys come here for cheap and reliable prices!

I came to this place a few months ago. They had 4 stars so I didn't even question it. I went in there looking for some new speakers for my impala and I found some at a decent price (I didn't want anything fancy). The owner constantly tried to upsell the speakers and promised me the ones he offered were the best in the biz. I took his word for it and spend 350$+ on it. As soon as they finished installation I drove off to pump gas. My driver door would not open so I called back immediately and they fixed it but broke a piece that covers the screw. I was mad but didn't say anything. That same week I look up the prices for the speakers and find out they were valued at 130$ and was mad. Then I find out a week later that the power for my rear seat window wasn't working, of course I didn't find out immediately because I don't sit in the back. Took it to the mechanic and quoted me over 300$+. Do your research on prices before going shopping and avoid this place. read more

the guy took some time to explain my options to me which was cool, as I found out later the sub and speakers i purchased were a little overpriced compared to deals I could find online, however the installation was done very well and they even spent extra time on my car to find out what was rattling when the bass hit! they had a few cheap deals but the guy did sell me on the Pioneer system and I have to admit it sounds very clean and thumps!! read more

Awesome Service. Sam is very Nice. I highly recommend you visit this place. Worth your time.

My husband got a recommendation from our neighbor who owns a tire shop down the street. He said they will treat you great. So off to Stereo 1 my husband went. He wanted to get the perfect stereo system for my birthday as a surprise. He came home with a stereo system with the works! Stereo,CD,Dvd, navigation. Unfortunately it did not get any reception and was to hard to use with my Bluetooth. We called Sam the owner the next day and explained we were not happy with the unit. He said no problem, bring it in and I'll exchange it for something that works for you. Who does that?! So great! I was able to go in and pick what I wanted. Something that was name brand, better reception and works with my Bluetooth. Sam is so knowledgeable. He really knows his stereos. Got the unit installed in about an hour in a half. The guy who installed it was great. He did a super clean job and even took the time to show me how to sink my cell phone to it and show me how everything worked. Great place I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. I love getting in my car now just to listen to the stereo :) read more

Just rude and unprofessional. Yesterday I went to program an alarm on my car. They couldn't figure it out. So they told me to call back tomorrow and ask for the guy who was working on my car. So he could find out info from the dealer. I called back, they said he was busy and to call back another time. I called back at that time. Then they said the person I was asking for was not there. Before I could ask what time was he coming back, they hung up. They gave me the run around, asked me why I was calling. Just nasty customer service. I put 1 star, because yelp would not let me post without adding a rating. read more

I was extremely impressed by the speed, expertise, and professionalism of the team there. I bought a new touch screen stereo and they had it all installed within the hour. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I stopped by have my car checked after the sound cut off. This location really doesn't have store front so it's a bit hard to spot where it is. The entrance is on a side street where the flags are. This place doesn't look like much but don't let that deter you. The father and son team are very skilled. They won't over sell you and try to get you taken care of at the best cost. Although my trouble took several trips to fix, I do understand there was some unknown wiring that had been performed by a previous shop. In the end, they fixed my problem and it has now been working for several weeks. I will have to go back there with my other vehicle or when I have other stereo needs. read more

Came to stereo one because a friend recommended it to me. All I have to say is you can't beat the same day service and reasonable prices, what more can you ask for... Also ask for the Yelp review discount. read more

I've been a customer with Stereo1 for 3 years. They have taken care of all my audio needs. Recently I put in HID fog lights. They look amazing. Sam made sure the work was done quickly. I've never had an issue. I definitely recommend Stereo1 for all audio and auto accessory needs. read more

Fast great service! Sam and the team did a great, clean job with the install, and the prices are decent. Thanks again!

The guy moves the USB port to the spare button on the center control panel. Very professional job!

Completely satisfied! I had a shark fin installed to replace a stick style antenna for my 2004 Toyota. Couldn't ask for friendlier and faster service. Sam had to order that part for me, but once it came in, he called me to set up the appointment for the installation. The job was done quickly and neatly. This is a friendly and welcoming neighborhood business offering honest and fair priced service. I highly recommend Stereo 1. read more

Great service. Just do your research and know how to get a deal. Negotiated with the owner and got a great price on an install and a head unit. The technician in the north most garage is also a cool guy, even helped me out with a problem I was having with my power outlet. Definitely check them out. read more

Came in here on Thursday and spoke to Sam about installing my new pioneer unit, alpine amp and sub. He says of course no problem. I didn't have the stereo with me but he has the exact same ones above the door into the workshop. Told him I want everything the same, I.e. The microphone for the Bluetooth and Sirius because I've already paid the subscription for it. He managed to talk me into some expensive focal speakers and another amp to power those for the doors. Gave him a $200 deposit to order a dash kit he didn't have in stock and agreed to come back Saturday. I'm here getting it installed and paid him.. He then tells me I need an adapter for the satellite after three different adapters were put in.. Wtf. I told him specifically what I wanted... While they were doing the install my girlfriend and I wandered the bay with no issues until they were almost done. The installer with the beard for all mad and told us we can't sit in the seats in the bay, that we have to stand inside and wait because those are for them to sit in when nobody is working on a car. Shouldn't be sitting at work anyway unless it's break time!!! Asked him how much for the hid lights because their coupon online says "$79 free install". He tried to tell me, $110 a pair not including the ballast. What the hell dude? 1300 later, my car sounds louder than stock but not great, amp wasn't installed where I asked and now have to go to someplace else to get my Sirius hooked up that I'm paying for! Got in my car to leave.. The back up camera doesn't work.. Another fucking adapter needed plus he was trying to sell me some piece of shit Pyle back up camera. Why is it so difficult for this guy to comprehend stuff?!?!? Then he refused to tell me and my girlfriend the part number of the adapter that is needed. The installer went on and on about how he's been doing this for years but doesn't mention any of this shit!?!?? read more

Words can barely describe how AWESOME the guys are at STEREO 1. We had an absolutely unbelievably horrible experience at another shop a week prior, where the owner not only took us for $600 on the installation of some speakers but lied to us. Without belaboring our prior negative experience... I would like to focus on the POSITIVE. We found Sam at Stereo 1 who offered to look at our issue and make the necessary repairs to put our system back together. During the course of our visit we decided to purchase a whole new system for my car. Sam was honest, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. Installation fees were beyond reasonable and he and his crew were all very pleasant and professional. There was zero pressure and they clearly know what they are doing. We had to come back a few times to have some parts we ordered installed, they took their time and made sure everything was put back together correctly and professionally. Working with these guys was great and Sam was like meeting a new friend. It can take a while to have a stereo installed and during that time we enjoyed passing pleasant conversation with him. Stereo 1 represents what it was like in the old days, the small business-owner who is honest and true. We are going back prior to the holidays to have a sub and amp installed. WE CANT WAIT. I have already recommended him to a few people. If I could, I'd give Stereo 1, 10 stars. These guys are great and we can't thank you enough !! read more
