I lead a Latinx Group within an organization and many of our members asked to learn Salsa. I looked at many places for a group lesson and Arthur Murray Studio was by far the best option! Great customer service from the get-go, absolutely fair one-hour fee, flexible and super professional. Andrew and his team went above and beyond; they are not only amazing dancers and instructors but they also came prepare with their own sound system, greeted each person in the room and made sure everyone was involved. At the end of the lesson, we felt so reenergized. On top of his great service, he sent us an email the next day thanking us and offering discounts for future lessons. What an amazing company!

Incredibly kind and friendly, and did a wonderful job teaching us the rumba and foxtrot. She also showed us moves that fit well with our song and was very encouraging throughout our lessons. Our lessons also included group classes, where we worked with Nick and Andrew. They were wonderful as well and taught us more advanced moves. Nick also went out of his way to check in with us when we were in the studio by ourselves practicing our dance and showed us a few tips for how to make everything look more natural and flow better. If you're looking for lessons for a first dance or beyond, I would highly recommend this studio! It's really great for beginners especially, as everyone was so welcoming and patient.

Only me and one other student showed up, and the place smelled like a sweat-fest (those ballerinas before us must have been workin' it). Teacher was casual, a very talented choreographer, and hungry because she kept going to the side of the studio to eat her dinner in between instructions. I didn't sweat (again, I think my body was tricked by the studio's aroma into thinking it wasn't necessary) but I did feel challenged by the routine. Only about 1/3 of the class time was dedicated to dancing; the rest was warm up moves, funkywalking across the floor, stretching, and ab exercises. The music choices were contemporary which was a plus. I would have liked to learn a longer routine than three counts of 8, but its all good.
