Our daughter has been virtually attending class for the last year and the team had been so inclusive and done a great job of engaging with her: during class time via verbally interaction and providing a helper she can really follow and outside of class by dropping/mailing little things from class supplies and stickers. From our time in the studio during the last few years to the time of social distancing/staying home, I couldn't say more good things about this organization and the community that they have built!

All of the parents complained about the same thing before bothering to sign her up (I figured there were other rooms or something she'd go to). Staff are all very kind, awesome and engaged. However, kindness doesn't make up for the lack of space for kids to really be able to tumble.

Unfortunately, will not return my child to this gymnastics establishment. It is not very clean and…read morequite frankly smells as you go in and sit waiting for your child. One restroom for the girls and it is not kept up. The space is uncomfortable and very crowded when you wait for your child's class. I will not get into specifics on all the reasons I pulled my child out of the class, but I will say cleanliness was the main reason. I asked for a partial refund and clearly didn't want a full refund as my child did attend some of the classes. I was met with emails from the owner on how following policy I should not get a refund. She emailed way too personally on how I should not give a negative review and how it would hurt her business. Again, I will not go into details, but feel that she should have given me a "partial" refund on the classes now missed and under the circumstances, not follow her policy. She sent me a $30 sign up fee and returned it to me only. No partial refund and I tore up her check as I feel on principal as I should have received what I asked for which was not a lot of money at all. I was given feedback from Tumble Kids on how cleanliness is a priority for them and how many times they clean etc. If they indeed do that, how come the lobby stinks? Come on! I was told it's because it is a gym and gyms smell. Seriously? I have been to many gyms with sweaty adults and the gym does not smell! Even the doors coming in are full of grimy hand prints. Windex them! Deodorize the lobby. The play area for little kids looks like you will catch something. Like a grimy daycare. I will never be back, will never recommend and shame on Tumble kids for not giving a partial refund under the circumstances. I am being very kind in my review for not mentioning more as my intention is not to hurt any business but bring awareness of any customer paying for services and not getting a clean environment. I will add that the teachers are nice and the kids do enjoy the gymnastic part of it. But in all reality, the gym is way too small to accommodate the amount of kids they have in the gym at one time. Each teacher tries to organize her group and teach among other kids jumping around them in other classes. The space is not big enough and Tumble kids ought to look for a space that is and clean it like they should. Even though they CLAIM they do!! : / Sure!

Today, she dances in the Senior Company and is gearing up to perform her very first solo - a milestone that fills me with so much pride and gratitude. What truly stands out at SGDC is not only the excellence of the instruction - but the sense of family and personal growth that flourishes here. Stella's progression is a testament to that supportive culture: she's now giving back by assisting as a teacher for younger dancers. Watching her assist the littlest ones - encouraging, guiding, and nurturing their confidence - is beyond gratifying. If you're looking for a studio that balances discipline, creativity, and an uplifting community - whether you're just starting or aiming for the stage - SGDC is the best choice!

Visited this Planet Fitness a couple of times during a recent work trip to the Boston area, and I…read moreended up returning to this location even though there were several other Planet Fitness gyms nearby, since I liked it so much. The gym is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, which made getting in and out easy. The entrance, front desk area, and overall facility felt clean, open, and welcoming. The equipment was in good condition and appeared well-maintained. One thing I always notice at a gym is whether people re-rack their weights, and that seemed to be the case here, which is usually a good sign of a respectful gym community. The locker rooms were also clean and well-kept. Compared to the 15-20 Planet Fitness locations I've visited over the years, this location feels a bit older and may not have received some of the upgrades I've seen at newer clubs, especially on the West Coast. It doesn't have some of the newer equipment options, such as squat racks, bench presses, or a few of the other additions I've seen elsewhere. I also noticed the tanning area features traditional lay-down beds rather than the standing units that some newer locations offer. That said, none of those things would stop me from coming back. The gym is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, the atmosphere is comfortable, and it was consistently a pleasant place to work out. Overall, I thought this was a solid Planet Fitness location and one I would happily visit again when I'm in the area. 4/5
