Needing a monitor so I can see my kids y until everything was settled. As a mother this is such a sensitive topic and also something so personal. I felt embarrassed to need to have a court appointed monitor there to see my children. I thought I would be judged with this person not knowing the truth of what was going on in my situation. I found Susan through a list of monitors that was provided to me by my lawyer. I spoke to so many and they made me feel judged and uncomfortable. Exactly how I pictured it was going to be. But then I found Susan. Automatically I knew I wanted her! She responded quickly when I reached out for information. Also worked quickly with getting all documentation and consent set up so that I was able to start my sessions seeing my kids immediately. Every session with my kids and Susan felt like family time. Although she's professional and sticks by the court guidelines, she did an amazing job making me and my kids feel comfortable, as if we were having family time with Grandma . Even though it was only a short period of time that we needed Susan's assistance, we've truly bonded with her in that time. A women of her faith, I whole heartedly say she cares about helping everyone. She wants to see us co parents succeed for the sake of our kids. I tell her all the time but God truly blessed me with her. She was one of many that played a big part in keeping me strong through my process, bringing me and my kids back together and overall helping me succeed in winning my court case. Highly highly recommend her and her services!

Do not think you need to pay a ton of money to another attorney, Randy has this down to a very precise process!

I have documented these events. My child was significantly hurt twice during visits. #1- My child said monitor Reyna Chavez and the NCP HURT my child in the DIAPER AREA, it was reported to CPS by my child's doctors. #2- Then my child incurred a FRACTURED FEMUR "during the visit" according to monitor Monica Nunez and to "buy the report." The according to the NCP she said it was, "after the visit," it was reported to CPS by several medical doctors. Jimenez provided no documentation as to what happened to my child. Jimenez then terminated services and claimed the reporting as "crossing a significant ethical boundary." These reports were from the doctors to CPS. Another two incidents that happened with monitor Debra Love, she litterly left my child with the NCP and a COMPLETE STRANGER and gave me no contact information about the substitute monitor and didn't leave the sub my contact information in case of an emergency, they did this without my consent. The stranger said, "I almost gave your child to the wrong family!" Love also instructed NCP to break Jimenez's rules w/O informing me and failed to take responsibility. Instead she blamed me and my family in her report, we paid the price of her poor monitoring skills. Jimenez defended Love by saying "her actions were appropriate". For the safety of your children and your mental health do not choose these women!

Well, that isn't the case with Alexandra. As I mentioned before, this is probably by far the best nanny agency in Los Angeles, as Alexandra is always giving you 1x1 treatment. Forget about "random" emails or text messages regarding new interviews or feedbacks, without talking to a real person. Forget about unresponsive emails ou phone calls to her. If you try to get a hold of her for any reason, she will reply to you soon as she can. And that's for me, it's amazing, as other agencies in the area, most of the times, have no apparently desire to respond to you. She will help you with anything during the process of signing with the agency, she will be honest about your resume and ask if you willing to "change" for better understanding, she will help you to find a job (like no other agency), during interviews, trials, during the hiring process, and anything in between and after. My example is the perfect one, as I was hired one month ago! While the family was looking for a part time nanny, and tried multiple times to give me an offer on 25 hours a week, Alexandra, spoke to them about their "actual" needs and why not offer me a full time split position now, if that could be a thing for the near future? Well, they did! I'm working for an amazing family and super happy. And Alexandra? She keeps checking on me almost every week to see how things are going. It didn't even took her a month to replace my last position (that I also got through her agency), which nowadays it's crazy. So, If you are looking for a nanny-sitter agency, being parents or a caregiver, don't look further. Call Rainbow Nannies! Thanks so much Alexandra! Knowing I always have you to help me, makes me happy, and my life so much easier!!!

I am so happy that the stars aligned when it was time to start daycare in the beginning of 2023…read more After calling for their availability, I felt an instant connection with Lynn. At that time, she had other families on her waitlist. It wasn't until a couple weeks later, I followed up to see if anything had changed. Fortunately, a spot had opened and we couldn't have envisioned any other place for our 3yo son. Lynn and Francis are a dynamic duo. They care so much for our kids, shower them with love, and really do treat them like their own. The kids are taught to be independent, be respectful, manners, and how to regulate their emotions, safely. I love how they were so patient our little one and encouraged him with positive reinforcement. My favorite thing to ask him after 'school' was what he ate for lunch and hearing all the cute and silly nicknames of his friends. Their preschool curriculum is also great! Our son learned how to write his ABC's and numbers and name the first year (we hadn't started any workbooks at the time). His writing and penmanship is so neat, compared to his older sibling. Speaking of neat, I love how kids come home looking as good, or better, than when they were dropped off! My son has long hair, and love that Francie and him have 1:1 time when she redoes it after a fun filled day. I can't say enough great things about Lynn and Brighter Beginnings. She's got it down! We are so thankful and blessed to have them part of our lives for the last 1.5yrs. Thank you Lynnie and Francie!
