I waited six months without any word before I finally called them myself. The young woman I spoke with said they had called me once, left a message (which I never received), and then made no further attempt to contact me. When I asked for a copy of the official divorce decree, I was told they could not provide it and that I would need to go to the courthouse website and purchase it myself. Not only did they fail to provide me with the most important documents at the conclusion of my case, but they also showed no accountability or professionalism--there wasn't even an apology for the lack of communication or service. In my experience, We The People (at this location) was unprofessional, unresponsive, and failed to deliver the basic follow-through I expected. I cannot recommend them.

More update, I wish I can remove the 1 star…read more. They're amazingly unprofessional, no star. Since they have agreed to provide the refund, it's taken 7 weeks, my signature to agree to cancel (countersigned), and my 10+ follow up. As of now the refund has not been given. They also lied the reason of taking this long, forced me to put me on the phone. Now they're blackmailing me to remove my reviews "if" I want the refund, in spite of the fact it's what they have already promised and confirmed. I am a very fair person and if they did follow through what they promised I was willing to update the review, however, they can't buy my free right now... after 7 weeks? It's very unfortunate that even these people that should know laws, promises mean something, can't/won't follow through.
