If there were a million stars to give Stephen, I would! It was divine intervention I came across a review similar to this one raving about how after many years of searching with multiple other realtors, Stephen delivered and the buyers finally had thier dream home. I too had searched for many years (8 in fact) with multiple other realtors and found myself with nothing more than feelings of frustration and exhaustion. I sent Stephen a message through his website and after chatting with him on the phone that afternoon I immediately fealt like "this guy gets it". I fealt excited a hopeful again.
