Plenty of room for extended family. A few opportunities exist however: most of the doors are not lockable for the bedrooms, the outdoor shower is only lockable from the outside, the mattresses for both king size beds need to be replaced ( very uncomfortable and a must for the owner), and the pool requires attention with respect to a slow leak that the pool maintenance worker mentioned to us on Monday ( two days after check-in) which is also a must to fix.

It has always been a policy that the current renter has first option to book for next year. This policy I believe is pretty standard throughout all rental companies, but Sun Realty! We have been informed that it is now first come first serve and we need to change our weeks. No, we had to change realtors. We're charged a cleaning fee (WHY?), and for what! Every year I need to wash EVERYTHING in the kitchen before we can use anything. Things were so greasy that they almost fell out of your hands. We have a king size matress pad on a queen size bed. At least we had one. Have arrived to no matress pads or wrong size. No shower curtain, vaccuum cleaner that had a broken belt, so you know that nothing was cleaned. Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, and the list goes on and on over the years and nothing has improved. If anything, it's worse!!! If I could rate Sun a -10 I would! They are a terrible company to deal with and they don't care at all about their guests! All they want is the money! NEVER USE THEM AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! WISH THE OWNERS COULD SEE THIS AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THEIR GUESTS!

Even before we had made the decision to go with Shoreline, Jennifer had pulled our listing and at our first meeting gave us several ideas for how to improve the property. With the year being what it has been, in April we weren't sure if we'd even have renters...now we're fully booked through October...which is an experience we've never had before. All of the crew are professional and friendly, and look out for our interests as well. If you're a homeowner looking to switch, I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

Disappointed in our recent stay due to housekeeping issues. Shoreline called us to say the property…read morewas ready and we could check in early. We thought great news....but we were sadly mistaken. Beds appeared to be made, but the sheets underneath were filthy (sand, hair, debris). My family was uncomfortable the first night...sleeping on the couch to avoid the bedding. My daughter complained of being itchy and it was very stressful. I spoke to the Shoreline and asked for a concession since the price of our vacation was over $6,500 and at that rate you'd expect at the very leastclean sheets - especially since we were told early check in was an option - which means it was intentionally rushed. Shoreline did send housekeeping but they did not arrive until late in the afternoon on the second day-- forcing my tired kids to skip nap because I was very concerned about potential bed bugs. We also had a few concerns around rusty nails/rusty hooks in the pool area, and the top rail to the bunk bed being held loosely by tape and zip ties...which were never acknowledged or addressed. I sent an email with photos and called. I missed one call from Shoreline..called back and never received a follow up after leaving a message with Dawn. Also had a maintenance man come to change the air filter which woke up my infant later in the week. All in all just not relaxing from start to finish. At the very least a call back would be appropriate. Extremely disappointed. I will note a professional came to clean the mattress that was of greatest concern. There were no bed bugs found. We love it here! Major complaint is the luggage elevator, which took out our garage parking. The…read moreworst part is, it's not handicap accessible. There's handicap parking, an elevator for luggage, so how is a handicapped person going to get up those stairs? Poor planning, with the money they spent on that stupid elevator for luggage, they could have accomodated it for people. Many owners are getting older and it's 6 flights of steps to the 3rd floor. My father, an owner, can no longer go for this reason.

Appliances are outdated and worn. Oven does not cook properly and dishwasher does not clean dishes. Bottom of curtains on sliding did glass door is dirty. Some electrical outlets in unit did not work. TV did not work either. Supplies in gift basket are not enough to last for your stay. We arrived in April and the pool was dirty and closed. Huge disappointment for my kids. I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay and I definitely will not be back. On the upside it is conveniently located to the beach with a short walk. It is also close to area attractions, restaurants and shopping. Maintenance did show up to fix television promptly.
