We were there for wisdom teeth removal after a recommendation from dentist. Initial appointment was…read moreby zoom. Doesn't really make sense but that's how they did it. They already had X-rays so they explained the procedure and process and gave me cost out of pocket. Appointment day everyone was extremely friendly. They allowed me to go back with my daughter until it was time for her anesthesia. Then went to waiting room. waited 30 minutes maybe (they said it would be about an hour or little more), then they called my phone (I was in waiting room) and said pull the car up close and we'll wheel her out. Gave us instructions for care. Everything was quick and went smoothly . Just really really nice people! We picked up her pain medication prescriptions but she never even took them, not even the ibuprofen, that's how good they are!

A few weeks ago my partner got their wisdom teeth removed at their Hamilton location. I understand…read moresome people are comfortable talking about anything anywhere but maybe some awareness on time and place could be of use to conversations that don't need to be had around patients. My partner (already nervous about having to go under for surgery) finally waking up from anesthesia still coming to should not have to be waking up to graphic conversations about abortion and miscarriages. That is highly inappropriate and inconsiderate. Have some respect for your patients and maybe avoid traumatic conversations around those waking up from anesthesia or better yet in general those who had no say in being involved in those conversations. I highly doubt anyone waking up from anesthesias wants to wake up to traumatic conversations, I know it made my partner highly uncomfortable and want to leave immediately, so maybe some awareness on that could be addressed by higher ups? Thanks.
