I saw a wonderful doctor -- Dr. Marie Roach -- who took care of everything. I had inflammation in the eye which can be quite dangerous, but she gave me treatment, reassured me, had me back in twice (at my request) and got me on the plane to see my grandchildren in record time. At one point I needed help during a holiday weekend and was able to reach an answering service and the doctor on call within minutes. Really great service, support, and care.

They overcharge you for their items and when I had a problem with my $75 fitover sunglasses, one gentleman told me to bring them back in and they would either replace them or fix the missing lens on the side of the glasses. So after I made the half hour trip, the man "helping" me just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do and maybe I could put a piece of tape on them. The manager was cold and completely uncaring. They make the eye clinic look terrible.

We referred my Mother in law to go here to get established with a new eye dr. and get to the bottom of an issue she's been having with her eyes. We told her not to worry, and that they'd take great care of her. What an absolutely MISERABLE experience she had, and it has caused us to REFUSE to ever set foot in this place again. The person at the front desk was absolutely rude, impatient, and unfriendly, to say the least. She was clueless as to which insurance was and was not accepted, and seemed to hold the patient responsible for HER lack of knowledge and understanding. Then she made her wait for 45 minutes before FINALLY telling her that the Dr. wouldn't be able to see her today unless she was willing to wait for a couple more hours. This place is a JOKE!!!! He took the time to answer my questions beforehand and came in to see me the day of the surgery and reassured me. I was a little apprehensive about the surgery but Dr. McCann put me at ease and I was relaxed going into surgery. Dr. McCann and his staff are top-notch. He did not ask me if I had any of these symptoms he was lecturing me on. He's never consulted my family physician. I'm 70 yo and never gone to an eye exam to get an unsolicited lectured on my physical health from someone that has not assessed for anything, nor has heard of any issues from me about my health other than the reason I was there for, namely an annual eye exam. Dr Smith was unprofessional and engaged in medical issues out of his scope of practice without consulting (or knowing) my prescribing physician and medical history, nor did I ask about anything he was lecturing me on. I've submitted a detailed complaint to the MT Department of Labor and Industries for practicing out of scope of practice and unprofessional conduct.

One groomsmen had a tux that was three sizes too small. The "professionals" in the shop refused to take responsibility for the mistakes, and blamed us! Then because they had to overnight new tuxedos for all the groomsmen, they wanted us to drive to Missoula on the day of the wedding to pick up the new tuxedos!! The maid of honor had to drive to Missoula on the day of her sisters wedding. If the wedding had not been planned for 5 pm, the tuxedos would not have been there in time. These people are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and childish. While in the shop, the bride realized they had brought the wrong color chairs, and the dance floor had a hole in it. It was a complete mess. After leaving the shop, they called the groom and told him, "they were not impressed with the wedding party." When your customers are not happy with service you do, you do not complain to the people who hired you. Never, never, never do any business with this shop!
