I also appreciate that the radio they play here has family friendly music unlike some gyms I've visited. This area also connects to a jogging/ biking trail going to Oak Point/ Bob Woodruff. She asked me my name, and my grandfather starts telling her at the same time as me. She yells at him, "Let the kid speak, " which is already rude, especially to an elder. Not only that, but then I picked up a basketball to shoot on the opposite side hoop of one of the basketball courts, and before I even dribbled, let alone take a shot, she seemed angry even though I didn't do anything yet. She told me to go to the other basketball court which had about a hundred people. The locker rooms were ok. (it seems like too much to expect fully clean) Overall, the place itself was a great experience, but I wish the staff had been a bit nicer.

The gym itself is on the smaller side, but don't let that fool you. It has everything I've needed, the equipment is in great shape, and I've never had an issue finding an open machine. I've gone at different times of the day, and even when it's a little busier, I still don't have to wait long for equipment. I actually prefer this over the bigger gyms. It's a more relaxed environment, and I never feel intimidated or like I'm being judged. It's also kept really clean, there's always someone around if you have a question, and I appreciate the little things like the cubbies for your belongings and the scale to track your progress. They also offer a variety of fitness classes, and while I haven't taken one yet, I already have the schedule hanging on my refrigerator because I definitely plan to. Whether you're looking for a place to work out, take the kids swimming, or do both at the same time, this is a great spot. I'm really glad I found it.

I see cross-fit groups out here all the time. There is a huge running/walking/biking loop around the entire park and connecting to other routes. I think also some kids soccer groups also play here. Families: there is a very large playground with benches and shade! It's top notch and well maintained. Tweens/teens- there are benches and sick places to hang. You can even bring hammocks. There is plentiful parking. Picnic tables. Families often come out on nights with solar events and their telescopes. To be fair it is super well lit so it may not be the best place for star gazing, but you get many people to interact with. Plus let me add for Pokémon Go players- three gyms and 6 Pokéstops so this makes for excellent playing.

They close at 6 pm on Sat, which is not something I am used to. My gym in Ca closes at 11pm on Sat & 10 pm on Sundays.

It is alway over crowded and we were founding members and they back out of all the founding member perks like opening just for founding members one weekend before it opened to the public and there was alot of others. It took us hours to join back in the day before the place opened and they could care less about us so we cancelled. I tried the gym at 5 am and 7 pm and no matter what is is packed. All the teens up there is annoying too they are slamming down equipment and always on their phones. Pool is just disgusting with the amount of people they let in there Also they have the lap pool taken over or booked all the time so they can make even more $$$ they do not care about the members just$$$
