My husband just called for an appointment. The rude receptionist told my husband that dr. Orlow retired and hung up. She didn't offer a different chiropractor. We stop seeing Orlow because of the rude receptionist. Its unfortunate that she is still is rude. read more

All I could say is shame on me for not ever leaving a review for Dr. Orlow sooner... I've been coming here for approaching on 10 years and have always had a five-star experience. I was referred to Dr. Orlow by my father-in-law, and boy was he right! Dr. Orlow is not only an excellent chiropractor, he is also very personable and knowledgeable in many areas! He takes time to explain what he is doing and is on point with all his observations. I came in to see Dr. Orlow after having my lower back go out on me after flying children around in circles. He was able to immediately point out the issue and describe why it happened. He gave me a good adjustment and I got some relief from the pain. 1-2 days later, I was good again. I highly recommend Dr. Orlow, not only for his amazing service, but also his personable nature and good conversation. I have been going to chiropractors for 20 years and he is one of the top Dr.'s I have been to. read more

I'm so happy with this place and Dr. Orlow! I was not happy with my previous chiropractor and was looking for someone who actually tailored to my back problems instead of just trying to make my back crack. He listened and understood everything, we were on the same page the whole time. He explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for on my spine. I've had a long history of back issues and I have a lot of chronic pain and stiffness and after he adjusted me the first time I felt immediate relief and a big difference! Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful! read more

Dr. Orlow was my chiro for 19 years, until I moved out of state. Absolutely fantastic care from him and his caring staff. Very important--they LISTEN. Spotless office with a soothing atmosphere. Relieved my pain after a car accident and years later, after a fall down a staircase while I was 9 months pregnant that left me disabled. He is excellent with complex cases and chronic pain, and in dealings with insurance companies and attorneys! They understand when you call IN PAIN and get you in ASAP. No exaggeration to say that with the pain relief I got here, it saved my life. read more

This guy is a GAME CHANGER, he knows his stuff, very personable and takes his time with his patients..My general practitioner told me to avoid chiros because I didn't get into any car accident...boy were they wrong...they suggested PT which in my opinion is a waste of time and money..Dr. Orlow is a must 5 stars all day! read more

I've been having neck and knee pain for a while now and Dr. Orlow was the most convenient Chiropracter to go to within my network. Its been a few visits and I'm so happy I made the choice to go to him. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful, and Dr. Orlow is so knowledgeable at what he does and is as friendly as they come. He not only helped me with a plan to help my neck and knee pain, but determined the headaches I had been having frequently were a result of my neck being in need of an adjustment. I haven't had a headache since getting adjusted now. I also appreciate the early 7AM opening time to be able to squeeze in an appointment before I have to go to work, so convenient! read more

One of the only doctors I've been to that actually listened to me! I feel so at ease when I'm there because I know I'm gonna walk out feeling better than how I did when I walked in. I've been dealing with neck and back issues for about two years and Dr. Orlow has really given me some sanity back with the alignments and advice he's given me. Truly a lifesaver! I'm in my 30's and recently threw out my back. I had never gone to a chiropractor before, but luckily found this office near my home. I cannot say enough things about the staff and Dr. Jimenez. Scheduling was easy and I was always seen immediately. Dr. Jimenez has great bedside manners (especially for someone like me who was apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor). The adjustments I received were always explained in detail and lead to some much needed relief on my lower back. I would highly recommend this place if you're in need of a chiropractor. read more

Hey everyone, just wanted to write a review on dr. Orlow. He is GREAT and know how to take care of his client and have been seeing him for past 3 yrs. Overall, I would rate him 5 stars, but with the past 2 experience, I dropped it down to 3 because of following reasons: 1. I called and left a message to set up an appointment and never got a call back. But was able to squeeze me in the same day. The draw back to that was, I had to wait 45 min outside my car because only available time was 5:00 pm. 2. After the visit, they scheduled me in for Saturday at 8:15 am. Arrived 10 min early but they were little backed up. Finding out, their were patients coming in and finding that they never got the patients appointment booked into the schedule. So, while siting for 45 to 50 min., a patient comes in from Riverside to find out she was not in the book also. After waiting an hour, and seeing other who came in later, I was done waiting. I told Liz that I was done waiting and asked out of the office more stressed than coming into the office to get adjustment from the stress at work. After back to back disappointing experience, maybe it's time to move onto different doctor. I noticed a chiropractor office next to where I live, so I will give them my business. It's sad to leave DR. Orlow office after 3 years. HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR, who is passionate about the well being of his patients. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM AS YOUR chiropractor, BUT YOU MUGHT WANT TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE OFFICE BEFORE HEADING TO THE OFFICE YO MAKE SURE YOUR APPOINTMENT ARE SET UP. I will give DR. Alan Fluger at Brea Chiropractor office a try next week and write a review after the visit. Unfortunately, they do not see walk in patient, but received all the paperwork to fill out when coming in for my first visit on Tuesday. What I found out was that this office offers, 30 min massage with chiropractor office visit. They have 2 massage therapist on site during their business hours, which is a plus. I will keep all of you posted with my experience with Brea Chiropractor located on 2854 E. imperial HWY in Brea, CA. read more

I have been going to Dr. Orlow on and off for over 11 years. He is so great at what he does. He is so caring and always gets to the root of the problem. He just has this way of knowing exactly what the problem is. I usually only go once or twice for a problem and I have total relief. I so glad that Kaiser started covering visits again. If any one needs acupuncture or massage, they also offer that. I have referred several people there over the years and all of them gave great feedback. Got back or neck pain? see Dr. Orlow. read more

I first met Dr. Orlow after a car accident in 2009. I had some bad experiences with other chiroprators, but Dr. Orlow was highly recommended. My neck and back was messed up from that accident and actually my neck was bad from a previous accident 10 years ago. Not only was he professional, and pleasant but he also fixed my neck and back problems within 9 weeks or so. I was very happy! A year later, I broke my tailbone when I delivered my baby. I was in excruciating pain for about 8 weeks. My doctor basically told me there was nothing they could do except prescribe me pain meds which I didn't take cuz I was nursing. I suddenly remembered Dr. Orlow and gave him a call.He told me that there was several things he could try to alleviate my pain. I still can't believe that within 3 visits he took my pain from an 8 to a 2. Amazing!!!!!!! I wish I would have thought of him right away.... would have saved me soooo much pain, tears. It's been a little over a year, and I'm doing better. It only hurts when I sit down for a long period of time, and the pain is manageable. Anyway, he's a great doctor, so give him a try. read more

I saw Claribel Jimenez, D.C. who also works in Dr. Orlows office. She is GREAT!! Ive had non stop muscle tension in my shoulders and neck for the last year and a half. After one session with her focus on deep tissue release of my muscles in spasm, I felt 50% better. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the atmosphere of this office and recommend to anyone suffering from chronic muscle tension. Thank you Dr. Jimenez! I finally found a doctor willing to focus exactly on all of the muscles in my neck and shoulder that are stiff and spasming (and Ive been to a lot of massage therapists/doctors). Im genuinely optimistic that i will improve even more with continued therapy. read more
